Fantastic property at excellent price + Honestly I don't believe I have ever stayed in a place that has been better value for money. The property is a ground floor flat (like an annex to the owner's property I assume?) with a keypad lock, so no faffing around with keys. About as central as you could get if you are visiting the gay bars. Parking was pretty easy in a paid car park nearby. Highly recommended, if we were to return to Blackpool and this place was free we wouldn't hesitate to book again. − Couldn't get the television to work at all, but given that we were out and about for most of the stay, it wasn't a massive issue for us.

Very good + Near the town centre and train station, very quiet street. − Could be more clean. We found 2 pieces of glass on the floor, tickets from arcades, blanket behind the sofa.

Pleasant stay overall . + The apartment was good and near train station , it was clean but doors and paintwork needed refreshed . Towels and bedding were clean but looked old,staff were excellent when I called.

Great. Would definitely stay again + It was lovely and cosy. Very clean and had water/alcohol in the fridge ready for us on our arrival. The owner was very friendly and went above and beyond to help us when needed − There was an event on so the street was loud and busy but that was just the date we had booked, nothing to do with the apartment

+ Lovely space and works well, clean bedding, towels and a lovely bathroom/shower. It was perfect for our girls' weekend. On a whole, I would definitely use this place again x − There wasn't a way to adjust the heating. But it was warm and comfortable for the most. And the sink and fridge had a bad smell like a drain problem. As it was clean in the sink and fridge. We did find some rubbish underneath the sofas. F.Y.I I would have a word with your cleaners 😬

Enjoyed it despite a few issues + Location − Living room TV no remote so wouldn't work. Radiators were all on full blast on arrive with multiple blankets and duvets on bed in height of hot summer! Blinds to entry doors had no means to adjust. Hot tap for bath was above warm not piping hot. Space adjacent to outside bedroom window when opened show what looked suspiciously like asbestos.

Great apartment Great location + Location and great layout of the apartment − My 4 year old unfortunately found a packet of white powder under the sofa luckily we managed to grab it before anything bad happened and flushed it 😅
