+ Everything! Agnes is a brilliant host, she's a lovely person who really wants to look after you. Breakfast was delicious, there was also decaf tea in the room which I really appreciated. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfy, we had a brilliant night's sleep. Bathroom was lovely and clean, towels were a good size and plenty of them as well as facecloths! Very reasonable price for the room and breakfast. If I'm ever up in Brechin again I will definitely stay again. Thank you for a great couple of nights stay.

Splendido e confortevole + Soggiorno davvero piacevole a Gramercy House a Brechin! Agnes è stata super gentile e disponibile, ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa. La camera era perfetta: pulita, accogliente e molto confortevole. E la colazione buonissima, con prodotti davvero deliziosi! Un posto che consiglio assolutamente e dove tornerei volentieri. 😊

+ Ideal location for visiting family. Agnes is a great friendly host, making us very welcome. The room was spotless + very comfortable. Breakfast was pre order which meant no hanging about waiting for it + was really tasty. − There was nothing not to like, apart from maybe the bathroom door being noisy + hard to open, but that was minor.

Great value accommodation and a fantastic host + Agnes was a very friendly and welcoming host. The room was large and comfortable. It was a lovely location 5 mins walk to the centre of town. Breakfast was superb, you do choose in advance but We had no problem with that. If We are in the area again We will revisit. − There is no signage from the road side so it took us 2 attempts to find it. Agnes has put signs up but strong winds blow them down and We all know what Scottish weather is like.

Great stay + Agnes is super welcoming and friendly. Stunning house ,double room is very nicely furbished and spacious. The location is also superb, just a few steps to the town centre. By foot you are in 10 minutes at the Glencadam Distillery which is a highly recommended visit as well with its nice visitor centre and restaurant. Gramarcy House is 100% recommend - thank you Agnes for having us.
