Great common spaces, excellent staff, fast WiFi + The absolute best part of my stay was the kindness and hospitality offered by Giorgia, who went out of her way to make me feel comfortable when I arrived early and when I still needed to use the common spaces after check-out time. I have never met anybody working in any hotel anywhere in the world who has the professionalism, interpersonal skills, efficiency, and warmth as she does. I hope the establishment treasures and rewards her; I recommend Daplace to people largely because of her! I also loved the availability of two common spaces that were both very comfortable to work in during the day (not that you should be inside on your computer when in Venice unless it is essential!), with coffee machines and reading materials. I was very pleased the room had a fridge and a new, super-clean bathroom.

Un vrai coup de cœur ! + Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Venise ! Nous avons été très bien accueillis dès notre arrivée. Le logement était très, très propre, confortable et parfaitement entretenu. Nous avions tout à disposition pour passer un séjour agréable, ce qui a vraiment été appréciable. L’emplacement est également un véritable atout : nous étions à seulement 8 minutes à pied du Ponte Di Rialto, de nombreux commerces et commodités, ainsi que de la place Saint-Marc. Un emplacement idéal pour découvrir Venise à pied tout en profitant d’un endroit calme et agréable pour se reposer. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la propreté des lieux, le confort et l’accueil. Tout était réuni pour que nous passions un très beau séjour. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement et y retournerions avec grand plaisir !

Local muito confortável em Veneza e com excelente localização + Localização excelente. Quarto confortável. Box espaçoso − Chegamos e descobrimos que o nosso quarto foi dado a outro hóspede. Tivemos que realizar a troca o que gerou um certo inconveniente pela demora. Mas a responsável Cristina nos auxiliou a todo o momento e resolveu o problema.

+ The location is excellent, and the responsiveness of the host was very good. The lobby and common area are very nice as well. − I didnt like the bedsheets. I found them a bit dirty even though they were washed. There were some ants on the floor. Also in the bathroom i would recommend to put some racks in the shower to put the soap and shampoo, and some hangers to hand the towels.
