Like the spaciousness of the room that we stayed IN Rm 2017. However + The viral otak otak that had chunky bits of Sotong in it. The friendly staff from its reception staff, Housekeeping and restaurant. − It needs a revamp

Very good + The staffs are all very friendly and helpful. As in services and helping us to get around town − Would be good is they can do some upgrading to the rooms and toilets

Except swimming pool, others are not nice. + Staffs are polite. − Smell in the room is bad. Breakfast is very bad. Only few menu provide. Room lock should be upgraded with card instead of key Elevator is very old.

Solo handicapped traveller + Surprised that hotel arrange for pickup from ferry terminal though i didn't ask for it. Most of the staff were attentive to my needs as a handicapped person. Although there were a few black sheep who were permanently in a bad mood. 1 guy especially was great. Offered me a ride on his motorcycle on my checkout day after seeing that i couldn't get a taxi. − No food outlets nearby, therefore forced to order from in-house restaurant. Food selection and taste was sub-par. Room could be better if there was power outlets by the bedside.
