+ As reported TV not functioning, parking extremely tight for my SUV. Overall impression house is worn out, a bit of rust in one place, cracked or missing silicon in others. Staff very good and friendly. Don’t think Expedia should call this five star, there is no restaurant, just drinks bar and breakfast

Great find in Bournemouth + Exceptional stay. Room was spacious and decor was to a very high standard. Very clean and the bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice of hot and cold food. Quiet location and would highly recommend.

+ Beautiful property with large, clean room and a nice beverage and breakfast lounge. Walking distance to town. Stocked with teas, coffee, water, cookies, hot chocolate, and chocolates. Would definitely recommend!

10/10 + Harps and Ricky run a fantastic 5 star hotel. There is nothing you could complain about from friendliness, room, food, bar, parking. It was a magnificent 5 day break. There is no way that we would not return.

+ The staff were awesome ,extremely helpful! Be prepared to climb stair to get to and from room. My room was lovely, clean and comfortable! Nice size roomy!! Quiet The breakfast options great!! I enjoy walking so location is good!

+ Stunning flowers at the front of the building set the scene for this lovely little gem. The property and the grounds are clean, well kept, the owners clearly take great pride in their business. Little touches in the bedroom, bottled water, chocs plus the usual tea/ coffee facilities. Fantastic location, easy to get to town/ beach. On a main road served well by local transport, but not at all noisy. A lovely stay, thank you.

+ We have just returned home from an excellent 5 night stay at Balincourt. Staff were always friendly and helpful. The accomodation was top class and the breakfast options very good. The location couldn't have been more convenient with bus stops adjacent and a pub opposite.
