memorable + The place was great. Clean room etc. Easy access to other places, walking distance to popular areas. Food nearby was good/ipoh style. Receptionist Uncle was very helpful nice fast respond. Definitely value for good place to stay. Also love the view from our room both deluxe queen/king. The room as per image shown in website. − Obviously will hear vehicles from the road that’s beyond control but just for a short moment not critical disturbing at all, enjoy the town vibe.

Really nice but a lot of things they need to improve on + The location and the shower was amazing! − The pool needed a full clean as it was quite green there was also rats in the relaxing area. The room was a lot smaller than in the pictures and the bed frame was really inconvenient as we kept getting our feet caught on it as it is a cage crate. Also would have liked a normal door, I did not like the fact that there was no actual lock from the inside and when you are in the room someone could lock you in from the outside. My pillow also had stains on it on one side.

+ The location is amazing for a short stay in Ipoh − It was very noisy at night and you can hear any neighbouring rooms quite easily. Especially if they used the toilet or shower.

+ Hotel was clean and the staff very friendly. Overall stay was good and smooth. Easy access to Concubine Lane and a lot of cafes. − The hotel was next to the main road so the car and motorbike sound was so loud. Our night time there was not really good 🥲🥹

+ Andy was extremely friendly and helpful, even offering to drive us to Penang if we could catch the train. The room was clean, comfortable and a lot of effort was put in to capture the industrial look and the location was perfect to be able duck back to the room for a quick aircon break and cold water. − The place is a little hard to find, but Andy came out onto the street to find us so no worries there. Look for the lane that goes beside Plan B Kitchen and you'll find reception tucked away there

I like about staff, he was really helpful ti travel near ipoh + near to the town − It’s not a muslim friendly. There’s no bidet for toilet, also the bathroom was transparent and we got uncomfortable with it. Also the bathroom’s door was hard to open cuz it’s open up

Prettige locatie in mooi gerenoveerd oud hotel. + We verbleven in het oude gedeelte van het hotel dat op industriële wijze is gerenoveerd. Dit viel ons absoluut in de smaak. Verder ligt het hotel perfect ten opzichte van alle bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving. − Het enige nadeel van onze kamer was het feit dat deze direct aan de straat ligt wat voor wat geluidoverlast zorgde. Persoonlijk kon ik daar wel van genieten aangezien we er ervoor hadden gekozen om midden in het centrum te gaan slapen maar mocht je absoluut niet tegen geluiden in de nacht kunnen, dan zou ik vragen om een kamer aan de andere kant. Die zijn er ook en host Andy kan je d’r vast bij helpen.

+ Le design de l'hôtel est superbe, on a adoré ! Il est très bien placé. Andy nous a aidé à trouver une place de stationnement devant l'hôtel et a réglé pour nous (déduit du deposit à la fin, très pratique) − Rien, tout était impeccable.
