+ Location is good for public transportation. − Noisy, privacy is compromised as our name is displayed at the lobby without our consent, hot shower not working, wifi fluctuating. Pricey yet did not deliver comfort and security compared to other hotels.

Host is rude, parking is deceptive, rooms lack basic items + Nothing. − The host was rude, immature and didn’t know what she was talking about. She called up the owner and had him change the listing to say that there was no free parking, even though the listing says parking. Didn’t even have basic items like a blow dryer in the room. 2k PHP security deposit + 400PHP for parking + host that doesn’t even send over details prior to arrival about the actual unit number. Just awful. Also, signs everywhere about fines. Totally tasteless and tacky.

Recommended for short stay + Great location. In the heart of the city. − Some furnitures and amenities needs upgrading like the sofa and towels otherwise comfortable but we only stayed for 1 night.
