+ Parkplatz vorhanden. Nähe zum ÖPNV, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. − Das sehr dubiose online Check-in Verfahren, Datenschutzrechtlich absolut nicht konform. Keine frischen Handtücher, selbst auf Nachfrage. Selbes Problem mit dem Bügeleisen, dass verschollen war und dann auch nicht vom Personal irgendwelche Anstrengungen gemacht wurden es aufzutreiben.

Bad experience + Nothing − Was very difficult to access the property, I had to send many messages so that they provide de code for the door, there is no one at reception. My air con was broke, I complained and I was asked if there was not a fan in the room. I was moved to another room for 3 nights, this room had air con. After 3 nights I had to move back to the first room. Even after 3 days, nobody bothered to fix the air con. I had to slew with my window open. I spent 9 nights there and the room was not cleaned even once. The toilet box was dirty, with mould. The staff did not cooperate. After all this when I I asked for late check out, they refused. Very bad experience, I will never return to this place or recommend. Booking should not have his name associated with this kind of places.

Pagamos por una Deluxe con cama extragrande y recibimos una habitación con cama de 1,35 + Buena ubicación, en un barrio tranquilo y con varios bares cerca. Se agradece muchísimo disponer de parking, y fue precisamente uno de los motivos por los que elegimos este alojamiento − Reservamos una habitación Deluxe con cama extragrande, precisamente por el tamaño de la cama, y al llegar nos encontramos con una cama de 1,35 m, es decir, una cama estándar. La cama de nuestra propia casa es más grande. Escribimos al alojamiento durante nuestra estancia para comunicar el problema, pero no recibimos ninguna respuesta hasta cuatro días después, cuando ya habíamos abandonado el alojamiento. Lo más llamativo es que la comunicación antes de nuestra llegada había sido muy fluida y siempre habían respondido rápidamente. Además, el baño tenía un fuerte olor desagradable procedente de las cañerías, algo que tampoco esperábamos en una habitación de esta categoría. No suelo quejarme en mis valoraciones,…

+ Die Parkmöglichkeiten. − Das Bett war nicht bequem, nach 2 Tagen Rückenschmerzen. Die Lage ist eher schwierig für einen kurzen Aufenthalt, da man Metro fahren muss in die City. 30 min one way.

+ Amazing location if you are going to Universidad Catolica (even closer than the Marriot). Ten-minute walk to blue line of the metro, which brings you quickly to the center. Good air conditioning (it was so hot outside). − The area is relatively far from the center of the city. It does not have any of the Lisbon charm. Luckily transportation was easy.

Struttura comoda e organizzata + La struttura è comoda, situata in una zona facilmente raggiungibile. È dotata di ampio parcheggio privato compreso nel prezzo. Le camere sono pulite, con minifrigo e aria condizionata. Noi abbiamo alloggiato al pianterreno vicino alla reception. Ci sono anche spazi comuni con divani e una cucina ben attrezzata a disposizione di tutti gli ospiti. Consigliata − L'assenza dello staff: praticamente non abbiamo mai incontrato nessuno, le conversazioni avvengono tramite la chat di booking o al telefono. Sarebbe opportuno almeno appendere indicazioni scritte alla reception per ricordare alcune regole di comportamento agli ospiti. La porta d'ingresso malgrado l'inserimento del codice faceva fatica ad aprirsi, sarebbe opportuno risistemare la serratura.

Très agréable séjour + Établissement bien situé, à proximité des transports, ce qui est très pratique pour se déplacer. Le parking est un vrai plus. Les lieux sont propres, bien entretenus et facilement accessibles. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. − Seul petit bémol : l’eau de la douche était très chaude et difficile à régler.
