The staffs are polite, and willing to help, the room is spacious and clean + The breakfast was so so, the location is good which is close to shopping mall and train station − The food of the breakfast could be better

+ 札幌駅から近く、どこへ行くのも便利で良かったです。 チェックイン、チェックアウトも簡単で、チェックアウト後に荷物を預かってもらえたのも良かったです。 子連れでも快適に過ごせました。 − 朝はエレベーターがなかなか来ないのと、何回来ても満員で乗れず、下まで降りるのに10分以上かかる。 特にチェックアウト前の時間はなかなか乗れない。

Excellent hotel, staff, and location. + The location was great. If you're in the right spot, you can see the hotel as you exit Sapporo Station. The staff was friendly, spoke English, and helpful to me as I checked in late at night after a grueling travel day. The room was spacious for a Japanese room, and besides the high-tech toilet, there was also an amazing shower. The bed was comfy and the view was decent, but there's a new building going up which might spoil the view of Sapporo Station in the future. − I wish the rate was a little cheaper, but this was a very nice hotel and worth the price. There wasn't a dedicated spot for my suitcase, but there was space enough in the room that I could make it work.
