I had a great stay thanks to the staff! + The pool and the complimentary breakfast. − Nothing!

Location good, pool okay, service poor + Location close to Newport beach − Stayed for 6 nights and room was never cleaned, I had to empty bins and take towels from cleaners room, i asked 3 times for a clean never happened.

Never again + Location − Under construction Rooms not stocked with basic supplies. Maid entering without knocking. Dogs barking. Lots of trash on walkways.

3 nights stay for a conference . + Good location, 25 min walking to the beach, restaurants -10 min walking. Clean. ok breakfast: eggs, sausages, cream cheese, bread, cereal, juices, tea and coffee and some fruits. − A bit old smell in rooms.

Great location, ok accommodations. + Location is fantastic. It does have free breakfast (booking.com did not mention it so it was a nice surprise). − Lack of cleanliness. Not enough noise dampers. One could hear what the neighboring guests did.

I will never stay at a Ramada again + Not a thing, first night first room checked in bed wasn’t made room phone didn’t work. Wi-Fi didn’t work. Had to walk up to the office because the room phone did not work. Got up second day watch TV till 10 o’clock had to go to a library to find Wi-Fi so I could do work came home six 7 o’clock TV didn’t work how to walk to the office because the phone didn’t work still. Walked up to the office gave me a second room where the TV worked but no Wi-Fi. I tried to call the front office. I can hear them, but they could not hear me on the room phone and no hot water for a shower.
