They charged me twice for my room account service was rubbish + Breakfast ok location good staff good except the bar staff very bad − All inclusive drinks 🥤 rubbish Only one bar too busy. No quality drinks they just throw them at you cocktails were a disaster. Music was too noisy very loud no sleep

+ Popolno razočaranje. Absolutno prwvisoka cena nastanitve. − Osebju je samo pomembno zaslužiti in so zelo nesposobni na vseh področjih v hotelu. Hrana je izpod kritike, nizki cenovni razred, skoraj ni mesa, vsak dan se ponavlja ista hrana, ki tudi ni okusna. Pijača na all inclusive ponudbi so samo sadni sirupi razredčeni z vodo in najcenejše lokalne pijače. Wellnes je popolna katastrofa. Maserko sem mogla čakati več kot 10 minut, ker je zamudila v službo, s tem, da so me dan prej naročili ob 9.00 uri zjutraj, ker naj bi bil termin ob 8.uri že zaseden - zgleda, da se jim ne da delati zjutraj. Masaža pa je izpod kritike - najslabša kar sem jih do zdaj imela in tudi trajala ni eno uro kot sem plačala, ampak le okoli 50 minut. Najslabši hote,l ki smo ga do zdaj izbrali. Ognite se ga v velikem loku!!!

Inte så bra hotell + Bra pool. Fin strand. Trevlig personal. − Rummet hade mögel på toaletten. Det luktade också mögel vilket gjorde det obehagligt att sova där. Det var också en megastor kackerlacka på toaletten. Vi stannade bara en natt här. I restaurangen var det en trubadur som gick runt till borden och sjöng sånger på ryska.

Exceptional Stay – Surpassed All Expectations! + The room was spotless, well-appointed, and very comfortable. I was also impressed by the strong and reliable Wi-Fi connection, which was a huge plus as I needed to stay connected during my trip. Breakfast each morning was a real highlight—fresh, delicious, and with a great variety of options to suit every taste. The setting was peaceful, and the service during breakfast was just as excellent. Everything about this stay was smooth and enjoyable. It’s rare to find such a perfect balance of comfort, quality, and service. I would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly satisfying stay − Not at all – everything was beyond my expectations

Great pool and beachfront locaion + Facilities especially the pool. Food. The aqua gym instructor was great; good workout and had everyone motivated. − Staff helpful and pleasant but poor English often led to communication difficulties.

A wonderful beachfront stay with friendly people, good food, and a beautiful beach. + Had a lovely stay at The Palms last weekend. The beach was beautiful and relaxing, the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, and the food was very good with plenty of options. Overall, it was a great experience and a wonderful place to unwind and enjoy a relaxing getaway.

Highly recommended! + Great stay, and this was a repeat visit as I really enjoyed the property and especially the beach. The vibes were even better this time, with the newly renovated beach club adding to the experience. Highly recommended!
