+ Das Personal war immer super freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Zimmer sauber und mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet und sauber. Wir hatten zu zweit ein Familienzimmer, weshalb es für uns groß genug war, für 4 Personen allerdings wäre es wohl schon sehr klein. Das Hotel liegt in einer Wohnsiedlung, ca 5 Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt. − /

We had everything we needed in a great location. + The room was large, and I loved the ceiling fans (which, paired with the AC, made the room very comfortable. The staff and owners were very welcoming and we loved our time spent on the rooftop bar with that amazing view. The location was great...so close to the center of everything in El Nido, but just far enough into the residential area that it wasn't busy.

+ Het personeel was top helpten mij verder bij elke vraag, locatie was top als je er met de ferri aankomt is het maar 5min wandelen en op 5min wandelen ben je in de stad 😁 verder was de kamer heel proper heel zacht bed met genoeg kussens en deken zeer propere toilet en douche, flatschreem met Netflix voorzien goede Wifi ontvangst en mooi uitzicht als je op balkon bent op 2de verdiep, 😁 naast hotel plaatselijk winkeltje waar je alles kunt verkrijgen aan spotprijzen, zo mij zien ze zeker terug bedankt aan het personeel 👌👍😁

Good holiday in El Nido + The staff are lovely and very helpful. Value for money. − The stairways leading up and down are tiled and do not have anti-slip surfaces, making them very slippery when it rains. I slipped while going downstairs, injuring my back and leg, and was left with a large bruise on my bottom area that was very painful. Locals living opposite the hotel sell barbecue, so if you stay in a family room at the property, you may not be able to sit comfortably outside because the smoke drifts over. If you hang your swimming costumes outside to dry, they can also end up smelling of barbecue smoke.

Určite to maximálne stojí za tu cenu ! + Musím povedať že personal tohto hotela je jeden z najmilších akých som kedy zažil a to už som precestoval kus sveta ! Veľmi ochotný a zaujímajú sa o vaše pohodlie . Izby majú napriek lacnej cene veľmi dobre vybavenie. Ponúkajú chladničku, klímu , fén, sušič vlasov, tv s netflixom, šampóny. Sú to veci ktoré ani drahšie hotely neponúkajú na Filipínach často :) − Lokalita je vo veľmi lokálnej časti blízko centra kde možno neskúsenejší cestovatelia môžu mať hlavne večer strach lebo veľa Filipíncov domácich tam vysedáva vonku a je tam domáca atmosféra ale zamna je to super a ľudia sú väčšina veľmi milý. Môj hlavný problem ale bol že zažil som tu 2 pobyty najprv 3 noci v izbe číslo 5 ktorá bola úplne super bezproblémov v podstate odišiel som spokojný až na nepodstatné detaily . Bohužiaľ druhý pobyt som bol hned v izbe vedľa ktorá pôsobila menšia ale mala veľké škáry v dverách cez ktoré každý večer som mal jašterice (gekonov) v izbe, každú noc švábov…

+ Lerms greeted us on arrival and she was ever so helpful making sure we were comfy and had what we needed. The location was handy, shower was hot, clean rooms and the fridge was a super bonus. I would stay again. − There is a trip hazard at the beginning of the stairs on the top floor. If this was painted or marked as a hazard that would be helpful.
