Terrible, would not return + Friendly women on reception who checked me in :) − I have stayed in a few hostel, and have never felt as uncomfortable as i did at the garden hostel. There were multiple older men who seemed to live there, making it an unsafe hostel for a female solo traveller. I used the bathroom upstairs because the one on my floor was out of order, and one of the male workers got in my face and yelled at me for being on a different floor. The sheets were stained. The rooms smelt mouldy. The toilet had no seat. The shower had no hot water. It was nothing like pictured online. Located next to a brothel.

Wonderfull + konum mükemmel, çok güvenli bir bölge(gece dahil) Yürüyerek 15 dk da merkez caddde'ye inilebiliyor. ben hiç bir ulaşım aracı kullanmadım. Hostel de otelden odasından daha çok rahat ettim. Mekanın menajeri NUNU muhteşem bir insan. Bir daha Porto ya gelirsem kalacağım tek yer GERDEN IN TOWN HOSTEL!!! − Her şey mükemmeldi!!!

Goede locatie, oké bed maar veel straatlawaai + De locatie is heel fijn! Je bent vlot bij het openbaar vervoer, een leuk parkje en een supermarkt. Er is ook een lekkere pizzaria in de buurt. Nono is een vriendelijke man! De bedden hebben gordijnen, en dat is heel fijn. Je krijgt ook lakens en een handdoek. − Alles rook redelijk muf en de douchebak liep over. Ik heb er niet geweldig geslapen door al het straatlawaai: veel luide auto’s, feestende mensen en muziek. Ik wou ‘s ochtends op tijd vertrekken en gebruik maken van een luggage transfer maar ik heb lang moeten wachten eer er iemand aan de receptie was. Dat is uiteindelijk wel in orde gekomen.

Reclamação da colaboradora − Venho por este meio apresentar uma reclamação relativamente à atuação da colaboradora Reny. No dia do check-out, cujo horário é às 12h, acabei por me atrasar. Contactei o hostel às 12:17h a requerir mais uma pernoita e foi-me informado que os meus bens pessoais com lembranças pessoais com o meu nome tinham já sido descartados para o lixo. Por insistência da minha parte a funcionária pretendia pernoitar mais uma noite a mesma disse me que ia tratar da reserva para a próxima noite e ligaria entretanto para confirmar. Liguei mais 3 vezes para o hostel e nunca mais obtive resposta. Relativamente ao comportamento da funcionária sobre os pertences deve ser analisado por parte da gerência de forma a prevenir a mesma atitude perante outros hóspedes.

Porto getaway + The host was really nice and we had no problems finding the hostel or communication. When arriving, after the reception closes, they are going to send you information for online check-in. Overall a good choice. − What i wished would be better it is just the cleanses of the bathrooms but i can imagine that in a bigger scale of people can be difficult to maintain. Other ways the rooms and the common areas are clean, just the bathrooms/shower. I suggest maybe take some slippers in the shower.

Prettige, sfeervolle locatie, maar veel verkeerslawaai. + Aardige, behulpzame mensen. Fijn dat er thee was in de keuken. − Heel veel verkeerslawaai, ik heb niet goed geslapen daardoor.

harika + Her şey mükemmel. karşılama, Hizmet, temizlik, mutfak kullanımı hepsi mükemmel. Sessiz oda, kimse kimseyi rahatsız etmez bu hostelde. buz doalbı var, 7/24 sıcak su. ocak da yemek yap mesela. 6,7 banyo var mesela sora beklemezsin hiç. bahçesi var takıl orda sigaranı iç. kasa var kilit getirisen eşyanı kitlersin. çok güvenli. çalışanlar çok kibar. − olumsuz bir şey yok hostelde

+ Good lovation, nice staff. − The steepest steps in the world to get up to the room. Real mission with suitcases. Messy bathroom, hairs in the shower. Cold shower and very hot in the room.
