it was comfortable a few steps from the beach + everything, close to the beach, pool , room a little small but comfortable, waking distance to center of Holbox − the room a little small

je recommande + tout était splendide , les chambres , la plage tout y était ,le personnel est aux petits soins, le petit déjeuner est compris et copieux , a l'extérieur de l'hôtel le soir les restaurants sont animées , il y a des marchand de souvenir partout dans les rues, les gens sont sympathiques, on a passé un bon séjour mais trop court !! je recommande cet hôtel et surtout d'aller a Holbox une ile paradisiaque avec des petites iles tout a coté

+ J'ai meme eu la chance d'un upgrade pour une chambre lit king avec immense salle de bain et grand balcon avec hamac! Literie, lit et oreiller parfaits. Tres bons plats + drinks (prix ds les normes du village), petit déjeuner simple et copieux. Set up parfait et tranquille.

A wonderful stay! I look forward to coming back! + The staff work hard and are friendly. They even decorated my room when they heard it was my birthday which was a wonderful touch. The rooms were basic but had essentials, they were spotless after every clean. The location is fantastic, not only do you have an incredible beach at the hotel but you are also only 10 mins walk to the restaurants and stores. They also hang up hammocks on the beach and by the bar. The pool was clean, small in size but not a problem as it was not busy when we were there and it’s a small hotel. Either way, the beach is so incredible that you would want to spend most of your time there. Breakfast includes a plate of fruit, toast and jam, your choice of eggs and tea/coffee/juice which I felt was enough and adequate. The highlight for me was the fresh fruit and banana jam! They offer to book private transfer from the airport which includes bus from the airport, ferry transfer and a golf cart on the island to t…

מצטערים על הבחירה במלון זה, חוויה רעה מאוד. + נמצא על הים ולא רחוק ממרכז העיר. − אנשי השירות לא דוברי אנגלית ולא יעילים כלל, כל בעיה שהעלנו נענתה ב״אין מה לעשות״. אין אינטרנט, לטענת העובד אין כלל אינטרנט בחדרים. החלק הטוב הוא שאין זרם במקלחת, החלק הרע הוא הג׳וקים והנמלים בכל החדר. בתחילה שהינו בחדר ״עם נוף לים״ בגלל תקלת מיזוג, חסכו את כספיכם, אין נוף לים. לאחר מכן עברנו לחדר אחר בו אין דלת אלא זכוכית שלא נסגרת עד הסוף וממנה נכנסו בעלי חיים שונים. המלון אמנם נמצא על הים אך שימוש בכיסאות החוף בתשלום נוסף. הבריכה לא מתוחזקת כראוי ואין אף אחד שמשגיח על הילדים שזרקו עלינו חפצים תוך כדי השחייה. תחושה של מלון ישן שלא מתוחזק ומנוהל כראוי. חסכו את עוגמת הנפש.

+ Las habitaciones limpias, las instalaciones lindas. La playa a gusto − Que el restaurante es un poco caro (una crepa de Nutella $180) y aunque te hospedes ahí, te piden consumo mínimo de $300 si quieres usar los camastros de la playa

Séjour agréable + Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet hôtel, avec de très beaux points positifs. L’emplacement est idéal pour se reposer et vraiment déconnecter. L’endroit est calme, très joli et magnifiquement fleuri, avec la mer juste en face. Un cadre vraiment agréable et reposant. Le personnel est très agréable, souriant et véritablement aux petits soins pour nous, mais également pour notre fils de 3 ans. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette attention et cette bienveillance tout au long du séjour. Un grand merci également pour la superbe attention à l’occasion de mon anniversaire. Cela m’a énormément touchée et a rendu ce séjour encore plus spécial. Une mention particulière à Miguel, notre serveur du matin, si je me souviens bien de son prénom. Il a toujours été adorable, attentionné et souriant. Il a largement contribué à rendre nos petits-déjeuners encore plus agréables. − Concernant les points que nous avons un peu moins appréciés, notre chambre était malheureus…

Un posto dove stare bene in relax senza pensieri + La struttura è molto bella e nuova immersa In un giardino bellissimo con piscina . Le camere molto belle e comode , materasso e cuscini ottimi, utile il frigo e l’acqua sempre disponibile fresca nel Dispenser. Bagno comodo e bello. Colazione con ottima scelta e situato fronte spiaggia . − La posizione è sulla spiaggia nel lato in cui ci sono delle piccole baie, personalmente mi piaceva di più la spiaggia grande davanti al paese anche più movimentata

Loved it + The beach was wonderful, the location was perfect - close enough to walk quickly to the centro but far enough so that there was zero noise when trying to sleep − The breakfast options need to be expanded. There is only one option - eggs. Though the entire breakfast included fresh juice, eggs, bacon or ham, toast, coffee/tea and bean dip.

Would recommend + Quiet location but close enough to walk to town. Low season so we were the only ones there. Restaurant on location very small but did the trick. − The beds were soooooooooo hard and the shower pressure was sooooooooo weak :(
