Harika ince detaylar + Her detayı ince düşünülmüş bir oteldi. Konfor, temizlik, musteri ilişkileri, dekorasyon vb mukemmeldi. Bu konumda tercih edilebilecek en iyi konaklama alanlarindan biriydi.

+ The location was great. It was a comfortable room but the cleaning staff would not even come get the garbage unless we caught them in the hallway and gave them the garbage. They were foreign workers and did not even speak any words. The bathroom was way too small; could not even close the door when you were in. Bathtub was leaking water to the bathroom floor. But we really liked the safe neighbourhood and walking distance to everything. Many restaurants to choose from and a nice mall to walk to. Also, the marina was very close, so it was great to be able to take a walk by the seashore.

Kötü Deneyim + Giriş saatimizden 4-5 saat geç gitmiş olmamıza rağmen kiraladığımız oda doluydu ve bizi 2 saat beklettiler oda boşalması için. Odalar temiz değil yatak örtüleri vs. kirliydi. Odalar aşırı havasız ve rutubet kokuyordu.

The worse accommodation experience i have had ever i. My travel experience do never go to that hotel + The linen was so dirty the colour changed to yellow . The mattress so dirty with big yellow marks of dirt could be urine . I have asked to pay 2 nights and get refund for the rest 5nights but they refused . Was no water from 7pm to 1am in toilet or bath .the staff no one can speak english .this is the worst experince in hotels i ever had .im a regular traveller but never seen a dirty room like this .to get the room cleaned in morning was only done once and i have to call them at 8pm to get it done .do not recommend at all this hotel − Cleaning so bad very dirty room Staff no one can speak english

Beklentimin çok üstünde + İşim gereği çok fazla seyahat ediyorum ve Oteller benim evim diyebiliriz, haliyle böyle olunca da çok fazla otel deneyimleme fırsatım oldu. İstanbul Hotel & Suites'i fiyat performans olarak bölgedeki en mantıklı yer oldugu için tercih ettim e bu sebeple de çok fazla beklentim yoktu ancak hem çalışanlar hem otelin temizliği hem de konforu fiyatı'nın çok çok üzerindeydi artık kesinlikle avrupa yakasındaki otel'im burası olacak.

Oribil , de nedescris! + Mi -a placut ca era in camera fierbator cu ceai. Aveam parcare pentru auto, insa la strada! Vorbeau engleza! − Camera fara ferestra, galagie 24/24 am iesit ca un zombie neodihnit. Camerele murdare , canalizarea nu functiona, servete infecte. Praf peste tot , internet slab. Foto false pe booking.Nu este hotel sunt camere la chirie. Dejun nici pe aproape sa fie. Mi s-a dat o camera nu care am inchiriat. Multe daramaturi si gunoi pe strada si in preajma hotelului!

A charming, well-located gem with a heart of gold staff — perfect for travelers who value authenticity over luxury. + The location is absolutely perfect — just steps from the airport bus stop, making arrival and departure effortless. The neighborhood feels authentically local, with a great shopping mall and restaurants nearby where real Istanbul residents eat. The hotel has a cozy, intimate atmosphere (not one of those overwhelming big chain hotels), and the staff truly make the stay. They were warm, attentive, and went out of their way to help with everything. Great value for the price. − The bathroom is on the smaller side, so if you’re used to spacious en-suites, expect to be a little creative. A few small things here and there, but nothing that spoiled the experience.
