− В 18.00 започват да прибират, чадърите от басейна и шалтетата от плажа.Масите в ресторанта под всякаква критика. Половината от персонала не знае какво прави,напълно неадекватни.

Above average + Communication before the booking was very poor through messaging in the hotels.com app and over the phone. I called for five times and was left on hold between getting passed around between different staff that couldn’t speak English. My parents enjoyed their stay but felt they weren’t given an actual sea view room despite paying for it. Staff was nice but I wouldn’t rate this a dive star hotel experience.

Bien mais décevant + L’emplacement est super. Ali est vraiment sympa et professionnel. − L’hôtel est vieux, très vieux. Je pense qu’il était au top il y a 25ans et qu’il est resté dans son jus depuis. Tout est "à l’ancienne". La suite est grande, avec une vue magnifique et un dressing. Il y a aussi un vieux jacuzzi. Tout l’ameublement et les equipements sont vieux. La douche ne ferme pas correctement et il y a de la moisissure, la tv est ridiculement petite, le frigo pue et ne refroidit pas. Les lampes ne fonctionnent pas toutes. J’ai testé le jacuzzi, c’était mauvais. Il etait très sale, j’ai passé 1h à le nettoyer comme j’ai pu avant de pouvoir le tester... il faisait un bruit de camion énorme. Les chambres standard n’ont pas de grand miroir pour voir les vêtements, et elles n’ont pas de coffre. L’absence de coffre dans la chambre est un vrai problème, pour l’argent et les passeports... L’hôtel est très cher, les trucs en option aussi. 100euros le massage, 7euros le jus d’orange …

+ In general, everything was very nice. Different interesting show programs were organized every evening. The rooms were cleaned every day. Each of the employees was very careful. According to the special attention, I would like to thank Ali Bey, especially from the Customer Service Department. The dishes were very tasty and the menu was updated every day. With pleasure, I will recommend this hotel to everyone.

Хотелось бы вернуться и еще раз провести отпуск в этом отеле. + Все понравилось, особенно месторасположение и вид из номера.Отдельное спасибо за номер , он был великолепен.Всему обслуживающему персоналу большое спасибо! − 1.Как оборудован выход из пляжа. 2.В момент прибытия в отель на ресепшене находился сотрудник отеля, который был максимально не приветливый. Я путешественник с большим опытом, но такой прием у меня был впервые. Все остальные сотрудники отеля которые работали на ресепшене были очень вежливые и приветливые, большое им спасибо.

The location is stunning, with a picturesque bay featuring fine sand and crystal-clear water—perfect for relaxing or taking in the view. The facility itself feels fresh and luxurious, with modern design and well-maintained surroundings that elevate the overall atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, especially Ali YAY, the Public Relations Manager. He stood out for being a great listener and communicator, always approachable—even outside of office hours, which made a big difference in how welcomed we felt. Families will appreciate the aquapark, which was a hit with the kids. We also enjoyed the evening shows, which added a lively and entertaining touch to our stay. Vacanza rilassante + Hotel in bellissima posizione con mare trasparente. Molto piacevoli i cani ed i gatti che gironzolano nel resort. Fermata fuori dall'hotel x i bus che collegano a Kusadasi. Un ringraziamento a Mr Alì Yay x l'accoglienza ed a Mrs Zuzu x l'organizzazione del nostro rientro facilitato dal suo buon italiano. − Poca varietà di cibo, materassini e sdraio da sostituire

+ The management is very professional, absolutely brilliant, they approach customers to check on them. The members of the staff are quick to assist when needed , always with a smile. The buffet was attractive with a variety of choices to suit everyone, which is much appreciated. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. − The shops inside the resort were closed... But I supposed that may be because it was the low season.
