But pretty good value for money. + Clean room and helpful staff − Location is on a steep hill with difficult acces. Good thing that from the parking they have golf carts for the luggage. The breakfast was mostly sweet food and only hard boiled eggs some ham and cheese, and tomatoes that at some point were spoiled (smelled and tasted sour). The juices were very bad and at the outdoor breakfast area the tables were not clean (full of dust from overnight)

Hotel caro, incómodo, no volvería + La limpieza − El desayuno, mala ubicación, complicado llegar,alejado del centro precio elevado para la calidad del hotel incomoda ubicación, kotel caro Difícil descanso por que se escucha todo lo que ocurre en la habitación es vecinas

+ La struttura esterna molto carina, bellissimo panorama,molto tranquillo − La stanza non era del tutto pulita, polvere sotto i letti e sulle superfici, asciugamani deteriorati.

מקום סביר, לא יותר מזה. + מיקום טוב, מספר דק נסיעה ברכב מלב סורנטו העובדים אדיבים, נוף יפה מאוד שמשקיף על הים. − לא מתאים עם ילדים, היינו צריכים 2 חדרים וקיבלנו לא אחד ליד השני, החדרים קטנים , בתקופה הזו חם מאוד והמזגנים לא מקררים כמו שצריך, בנוסף הטיסה שלנו היתה בבוקר ולא היה מי שיעזור עם המזוודות עד לרכב וגם המעלית לא עבדה והיה צריך לסחוב את המזוודות 3 קומות במדרגות. כמו כן לא היה אפשר להיכנס עם הילדים לבריכה של המקום מאחר והבריכה מיועדת רק למבוגרים , מצד שני למה נותנים להזמין את המקום עם ילדים?

+ Abbiamo trascorso il compleanno della mia compagna in piscina e nella junior suite e talmente che siamo stati bene abbiamo prolungato un altro giorno in piscina, personale sia della piscina che dell albergo e del ristorante, tutti gentilissimi e cordialissimi, attenti a qualunque nostra richiesta veramente un luogo dove il relax e il benessere è messo al primo posto ristorante abbiamo mangiato sia primi piatti sia carne sia la pizza tutto buonissimo e la struttura è pulitissima. Mi hanno accontentato in qualunque richiesta anche per la colazione in camera con un bouquet di rose rosse stupende per il compleanno della mia compagna e il proprietario della struttura mi ha regalato due bottiglie di prosecco in conclusione tutto PERFETTO

Tutto sommato (a parte la camera) buon compromesso qualità prezzo. + Location superba, tranquilla è ben tenuta − La camera che mi é stata assegnata piccolissima é in una sorta di scantinato, mentre quella dei miei compagni di viaggio accettabile (allo stesso prezzo)

+ abbiamo soggiornato per una notte in questa struttura..personale molto cortese e il posto e' davvero carino e tranquillo..abbiamo anche cenato nel ristorante e devo dire che era tutto davvero buono e i prezzi erano davvero bassi, ottimo anche il servizio del ristorante soprattutto quella signora apparentemente dell est che e' stata davvero gentile e disponibile..ci ritorneremo

Sorrento in relax + Colazione, parcheggio, vicinanza a 2 calette di mio interesse e ai mezzi pubblici per spostarsi ma sera. Per un soggiorno breve è consigliato. − Dimensioni della camera e ritardo nella consegna della camera. Staff comunque gentilissimo nell' ovviare al problema con ospitalità e offerta di aperitivo e chiacchiere gradite.
