+ Świetna lokalizacja - 5 min piechotą na stację metra, z której można dojechać do ścisłego centrum Rzymu. Bardzo miły personel (pan rano robił kawę😋). Sam pokój bardzo cichy, można odpocząć od zgiełku miasta i się schować. Polecam zdecydowanie - łazienka ok

Близко к стенам Ватикана + Завтрак включен. Вход в музеи Ватикана находится близко. − Душевая кабина находится в самой комнате. Неудобно добираться пешком из центра Рима. Необходимо обходить Ватикан.

Superou as expectativas + Em frente ao vaticano. Mas as ruas não são bem iluminadas, no primeiro momento sentimento de insegurança, mas tudo perfeito. Facil acesso a estação do metro e onibus. Local é enorme! muito bem localizado.

A pleasant and right place to stay. + The property was located within walking distance of the Vatican which was ideal for me. The room was clean and large for one person and the air conditioning served well. No house keeping nor towel change was available during my 3-day stay but I was happy with this no disturbance. The the breakfast was not a great buffet but good enough. The staff made me a cappuccino and I had a few kinds of pastry and some fruits every morning, there were also yogurts and juices in a small fridge that I didn't taste. − My room had no window only in the bathroom. I could hear quite anything what the neighbour was doing, although I had them only one night. The reception was closed before 14:00 which was earlier than the official opening hours so I had to use the codes to open the gate and the entrance door when I arrived. I didn't mind those things very much but some people may not like such conditions.

Great stay! would definitely reccomend! + Traditional Italian Pastries for Breakfast with Cappuchino. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Airconditioning worked. No issues with other guests and it felt safe and peaceful. Great location right next to the Vatican and a walk away from the main bus lines taking you into the city for only 1.50 euro. − Nothing worth mentioning at the current price point.

Everything was adequate for our stay. The Hot hot weather did not help. Not the properties fault + Breakfast was OK. A/C was good. Shower was good. Location for Vatican tour was good. Our host Patrick was excellent. WhatsApp worked well. − Wi fi was broken. Bedding could have been better. Outside of the residence could be better. TV was TINY, too high on the wall.
