Tolle Zeit in der Stadt und am Strand! + Es war sehr nahe am Zentrum. Wir nutzten die U-Bahn, um zum Strand zu fahren, und das war sehr einfach! Viele Dinge in der Nähe zu tun! Sehr nahe am Markt!

Mercat-Viertel + Alles ist in Ordnung mit der Wohnung. Wir waren mit einem Kleinkind und einem Hund dort. Die Wohnung ist in Ordnung und bietet alle grundlegenden Bedürfnisse. Warmwasser, 2 kleine Balkone, TV, ein Wasserkocher, ein Kühlschrank und eine gut funktionierende Klimaanlage, was für das Wetter in Valencia erstaunlich ist. Das Gebäude hat einen Aufzug. − Was die Wohnung betrifft, ist das Bett ein Zweibett, und die Teile gleiten. Wenn Sie mit Ihrem Partner im selben Bett schlafen, fallen Sie immer zwischen die Betten. Nicht die Wohnung betreffend – das Gebäude ist nicht wirklich kinderwagenfreundlich, und die Nachbarschaft ist nicht hundefreundlich. Wenn Sie sich für einen Aufenthalt mit einem Hund entscheiden, beachten Sie, dass dies das Mercat-Viertel ist, es gibt viele schlechte Gerüche für den Hund, und es gibt keine Grünflächen. Wählen Sie besser etwas in der Nähe einer Grünfläche.

+ Ich habe die Lage der Unterkunft wirklich genossen. Sie war ausgezeichnet und sehr gut mit allen Teilen der Stadt verbunden, was es einfach und bequem machte, sich fortzubewegen. Insgesamt war ich mit der Lage sehr zufrieden und fand sie als großartige Basis zum Erkunden der Stadt. − Es gibt einige Bereiche, die verbessert werden könnten, um die Unterkunft für zukünftige Gäste komfortabler und angenehmer zu machen. Einige der Möbel und Einrichtungsgegenstände wirken etwas veraltet und könnten von einem Update profitieren. In der Küche zum Beispiel waren mehrere Schrauben lose und einige Schranktüren waren nicht richtig gesichert. Der Wäscheständer war ebenfalls vorhanden, befand sich jedoch leider in einem ziemlich schlechten Zustand und könnte durch einen Ersatz verbessert werden. Was den Komfort betrifft, fand ich die Matratze ziemlich fest, während das Kissen vielleicht zu weich war, sodass ein Austausch oder ein Upgrade hier einen spürbaren Unterschied machen könnte. Es wäre auch hilfreich, den Gästen einige grundlegende Anweisungen innerhalb der Unterkunft zur Verfügung zu stellen, insbesondere …

Excelente + la ubicacion sin duda es muy buena, estas en pleno centro de valencia, por las noches es una super experiencia el salir a comer o caminar, el piso es tal cual las fotos, es un plus que te ofrezcan parking porque es casi imposible estacionar en la zona

Appartement 1 chambre très sympa + La situation géographique, la climatisation, l'équipement de la cuisine ainsi que les couverts, liquide vaisselle, etc), l'abondance de serviettes, les lits confortables et la propreté, la sécurité du lieu et la bonne insonorisation. La communication avec les logeurs (qui est une entreprise) est facile. La présence d'un parking, même s'il est payant. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. − Rien de très grave mais l'état de la salle de bain, un peu moins bien que le reste. Pour sortir du parking et laisser les clefs, vu que c'est en plein centre, c'est un peu délicat mais ce n'est pas de la responsabilité du logeur.

Great plase for an adventure starting point. + Location is key for this appartment. Its location allows you to go everywhere by bike and everywhere near by foot. Don't get car! Get bikes. It is the most convenient way to get around the entire city even with kids age of 7 and 9. The most important thing was that the air conditioning was working perfectly fine, it was cool inside and you can get a much needed rest after exausting hot day. − Don't expect luxury. The apartment covers the bare minimum of living and nothing more. The biggest drawback for us was the lack of bike parking or place to leave the bikes inside the building. But we left them on the next street outside all night for seven days.

+ Posizione perfetta, in pieno centro con tanti locali e servizi nelle immediate vicinanze. Contattare la struttura è semplice e veloce, così come le istruzioni per il check in. L’appartamento è grande e i letti sono comodi − Suggerirei solo di aggiustare alcune mattonelle rotte, perché ci si potrebbe far male.
