+ The location was perfect for getting to Olympic Park stadium for Take That, Tide within 10min walk. Beds were comfortable. − Rooms were very dated,, bathroom was hot with no ventilation, Cleanliness was questionable

+ Posizione, phon capelli, aria condizionata. − Totale assenza gestione check in e out, scale impervie, manca colazione, da mail di accoglienza per check in ci parlavano di disponibilità pranzo, e invece non c'è stato servizio. In check out non è stato possibile lasciare bagagli per 2 ore prima della partenza.

The issues with the fire alarm caused us to be sleep deprived for the entire duration of the trip. + The rooms were clean, staff was nice and the price was very fair for the quality. − The fire alarm went off early in the morning due to renovations and the staff was unable to disable it for over an hour, which not only made sleep impossible but simply being in the room without noise cancelling headphones was unbearable. The fire alarm continued to turn on and off repeatedly during the following days.

Good-value hotel with great transport links + This is a good-value hotel close to the Mile End Underground station, with good rail and bus links into London (and the Olympic Park). The check-in process is easy. − On previous stays it had been noisy as it is close to Queen Mary College and so has lots of student events. On this one, the only noise was the occasional rumble of an underground train. But you'd expect that being so close to the station.,
