Good location + This was a perfect house for location as we were a big family group so needed to be able to walk everywhere. The property was very clean and well equipped and can fit in many people. It is a good base for getting out and about , we didn’t eat in or spend too much time in house but it was a very comfortable base − It was a townhouse so no garden or views but we knew that when we booked.

Exceptional + Very comfortable house and excellent location. One tiny suggestion is that online it states the apartment only has one bathroom but there are multiples. Might be worth adjusting as it was a concern of mine after booking but when we arrived there were more than enough bathrooms.. 👌 88

Comfortable and clean place with lots of room to spread out!! + The property was great! We were a group that booked last minute and had tons of room to spread out. It was very modern and clean. We enjoyed our stay. There was nothing that we didn’t like.

Very good + Good location. − Could be better equipped for cooking. No measuring jug, no potato peeler but more glasses than you would need in a whole week.

Great location and good sized property. We had a great time in Kinsale. + Plenty of space for a big family or group of people. − It wasn’t the cleanest, white socks quickly turned black! We also had problems with the oven which although someone was sent to check it out, they said it was working, but it didn’t work properly however we managed to get by.

+ Good location. Nicely decorated. Very comfy beds. Very clean. − In any other property I’ve booked, toiletries for shower were supplied. Not here though. Showers on the first floor would go from hot to cold whilst showering.

Enjoyable, comfortable but disappointed the basics were either not provided or in very short supply + Houses was comfortable and big enough for the 10 of us. Location was great right in the middle of the town. Although the house was on the side of the street it was not noisy. In busy season parking could be an issue as it is street parking so pot luck on where you can get a parking spot you dont have to pay for − I felt for the price we paid which was not cheap the house could have been better equipped. There was not enouth toilet roll for 2 night for 10 people. The kitched lacked basics such as kitchen roll, cling film tinfoil, no coffee pods supplied for the coffee machine, teabags. The basic things I would expect in any rental property that is marketing it self as higher end and is priced accordingly

Top Class Kinsale Property + This is the perfect home for a group trip to Kinsale. The location is excellent, only a few minutes walk from all the bars and restaurants. The kitchen is extremely well kitted out and the place is very clean. Check in was very easy and instruction very clear. − Parking can be hard to find if you come at busy time but that's the joys of being in a central location in kinsale. No shower gel/shampoo provided in bathrooms
