Excellent! + The location was very convenient, it was a 2 minutes walk to the bus stop and 7 minutes walk to the train station. The area is very clean and secure. One can walk on the street any time. People are very polite, always greeting even strangers. I found that very fascinating. The breakfast was good except of the quality of Cappuccino which was substandard for Cappuccino lovers like me. But overall, the hotel is excellent. Shout out to Stephanie-the lady who was serving us breakfast every day ( very nice lady). − Nothing

Mauvaise prise de possession de la chambre. Impossible de s'y retrouver sans assistance. + Rien − Je vous prie de bien vouloir trouver ci-joint ma vive mécontentement concernant la procédure d’accès à ma chambre. Le processus de « prise de possession » s’avère non seulement confus, mais totalement inadapté à la réalité des faits. En effet, l’application que vous nous contraignez d’utiliser pour l’enregistrement indique une procédure d’ouverture de porte qui ne correspond en aucun cas à la serrure physique installée. Les instructions affichées (ex : « approchez le téléphone » ou « saisissez le code ») sont en décalage total avec le mécanisme réel, ce qui rend l’accès au logement particulièrement laborieux, voire impossible sans assistance.

Ein wunderbarer, entspannter Stop auf der Durchreise, der nur positiv in Erinnerung bleibt! + Sehr schönes, großes Zimmer mit top Bad inkl. Fenster und mit eigener Klimanlage. Es gibt einen Aufzug zu den Räumen. Gute Parkmöglichkeit, mit Motorrad sogar direkt am Haus. Hervorragendes thailändisches Essen im Restaurant. Sehr hilfsbereiter und freundlicher Service. Ein rundum positives Erlebnis und gerne wieder! − Essensgeruch im ganzen Haus. (Aber nicht im Zimmer.)
