It's good for someone on the budget + I stayed at 6 hotels in one week and can't remember this one very well. However, since I don't remember anything overtly negative that must mean that it was overall acceptable. − I really can't remember anything that I didn't like at this location. It wasn't a memorable stay, but I was only looking for a place to rest before I got back on the road. That said, if there was anything drastically negative of what the room I would certainly remember it.

Perfect for a Night's Stay! + The Belmont has everything you need for a night's stay. The rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is great too! We will definitely be staying again when we are back in Sudbury.

Friendly service, poor cleanliness + The staff were friendly and gave us an upgrade from single beds to queen beds at no charge. − The floors were clearly not cleaned. There were dead bugs scattered around in the bathroom and there were stains on the bedsheets.

If you are looking for a clean place to spend the night, this is it! The staff was very friendly. + They are renovating the motel and are taking good steps to clean it up. The bed and sheets were new. − It’s exactly what you would expect for the location, type and price. Effilent and that’s not necessarily a bad thing.
