    + Location is excellent for those visiting Venice and needing to travel by car. Very clean, decent breakfast, secure parking, and very nice staff. − The coffee included with breakfast is awful.

    Good stay. + Clean and new. Good price and easy access to water bus. Strong coffee at breakfast. − Beds not as soft or comfortable as I thought based on reviews but ok for a few nights. No gym. Luggage storage is paid!
