Noche de pesadilla + La ubicación − En primer lugar, fuerte olor a tabaco, cuando está prohibido fumar. Llamé al teléfono de contacto y no pudieron darnos otra habitación,, estaba todo completo.....y tan completo...A las 3:45h de la madrugada entraron 2 personas en la habitación!!!.Un grave fallo en el sistema de seguridad, además de haber reservado 2 veces la misma habitación.Después de múltiples WhatsApp con Bérgamo 21, me dijeron que tenían que investigar lo ocurrido antes de realizar cualquier compensación( mi fin de semana arruinado ya que evidentemente no pudimos pegar ojo después de la incidencia y tuvimos que cambiar los planes).... Después de más de 2 meses sigo sin respuesta, cuando hubo un claro error del sistema que supuso una violación de nuestra intimidad. Incomprensible!!

+ Ładnie, czysto, przestronnie, dobra lokalizacja - tu wszystko super. − Problemy przy samodzielnym check in, ze względu na brak zasięgu w obiekcie, nie mogliśmy dokończyć rejestracji i otrzymać pokoju. Kontakt telefoniczny pomógł jednak trochę wszystko potrwało. Proponuję udostępniać hasło do WiFi przy maszynie do check in.

+ Po przeczytaniu opinii o tym hotelu bardzo się stresowałam czy wszystko będzie ok - w szczególności samodzielne zameldowanie. Jednak wszystko było super! Do zameldowania dostaliśmy jasną instrukcję i trwało to max 5 minut. Pokój czysty i codziennie sprzątany. Klimatyzacja i lodówka działały bez zarzutu. Dobry kontakt z obsługą przez whatsappa, dostawałam odpowiedź po dosłownie kilku minutach. Lokalizacja świetna! 15 min do dworca, a przystanki autobusowe są tuż przy hotelu. Jestem bardzo zadowolona i chętnie wrócę tam jeszcze raz

Na jedną noc ok + Lokalizacja ok − W pokojach z widokiem na dziedziniec wewnętrzny jest ciemno, w łazience ślady pleśni, ogólnie nieprzyjemny zapach w pokoju być może z uwagi na ograniczony dopływ świeżego powietrza

Very frustrating! Everything is automatized - if something fails, you're helpless and in big trouble − It was impossible to check in for quite some time, because they have no personal on site but only a machine in the lobby: you need to scan your passport and then scan a QR-code to do another verification-videocall. If something in that process doesn't work out, like in my case, you have to start all over again - plus, everytime during that process you have to pay the citytax again to proceed - just a stupid system. If anything fails, there is no help. I tried multiple times to call the hosts number - took quite some time to then get an answer via WhatsApp and finally a code to enter my room. Overall a quite frustrating experience, that cost me a lot of valuable time that evening and made me miss my dinner-meeting. Next day I had to call the administration again to ask for a refund of the citytax that was charged multiple times. Other than that I wasn't offered any kind of refund for …

+ The room was lovely.nice bed ,towels , decorative. − The toilet when flushed splashed over the bowl and wet floor or you if you were near. Also the floor could do with a good wash .I felt it was very dirty. When drying the floor the cloth was extremely dirty . Pellows could be better. The checking in is not at all used friendly. When we arrived there were two couples there ahead of us trying to figure it out. It took us 35 minutes to get to our room. Very frustrating. Also when we went out to eat and came back the ciad for our room didn't work .This was exceptionally annoying as we were both very wet after the thunder storm. I spent twenty minutes trying the help desk ,twice hung up on ,I figured to use the hashtag which was not on the original number. . Very disappointed.

+ Good location, can check any time, soft pillows- good size of room − More worn than photos. Check in requested a video call but if you had no signal was hard to complete- perhaps they could provide WiFi details at check in to help with this.
