+ Ottima accoglienza da parte di Alex, sempre gentile e disponibile, come tutto il personale. Colazione buonissima, con ampia scelta e prodotti di qualità. La posizione è comoda, ma allo stesso tempo tranquilla e piacevole. Le camere sono nuove, moderne e arredate con gusto. Servizio eccellente e grande attenzione al cliente. Un soggiorno davvero piacevole, assolutamente consigliato!

Excelente gosto, quarto é pequeno almoço + Gostamos muito da classe e da simpatia do staff. Estava tudo impecável. Melhor pequeno almoço que já tivemos de hotel. Ótima localização nas dolomites. − Não gostei do spa, estava um pouco abandonado.

Overall nice place to stay + Really comfortable beds and great breakfast − Parking spaces are way too small for any type of car. Shower cubicle was a little small too.

Just amazing! + This property is amazing! Everything is just perfect! First, the staff were all so welcoming and considerate. I want to especially thank Elena for her warm welcome when we first arrived and throughout our stay. She sat with us providing recommendations for the best food and restaurants to try in the area and in Ortisei, suggested one of the best hikes we ever had in the Dolomites (Stevia) which was just walking distance from the hotel, and provided a wonderful packed breakfast for us on our last day as we had a very early flight. Second, the rooms and facilities are clean, modern, and beautiful. The bed and pillows makes or breaks a hotel room, and both were soft, and excellent quality comparable to most 5 star hotels. The room was larger than expected with two balconies, and wonderful views of the mountains. And finally, we enjoyed a very nice spread every morning to fuel up before the hike, and wonderful sauna/wellness area to recover after the hike. Very satisfied…

+ Is it possible to give the highest praise? Starting with the staff, who were always attentive, helpful, and ready to offer excellent advice. Everyone was extremely kind and welcoming, from the reception staff to the breakfast team. The breakfast was excellent, with fresh cakes every morning and an outstanding variety of food. Our room was very confortable, with a great view and everything you need!
