Recomendable + Cómodo, limpio y bien ubicado. El personal es muy amable y el lugar cuenta con lo necesario para hacer de una estadía muy cómoda. Cama cómoda y tienen detalles como agua y agua caliente en recepción. Lo recomiendo. − El único pero es si quisieras usar la lavadora. Hay que agendar y el horario es acotado, por lo que hace muy difícil la disponibilidad.

Request a Quiet Room + It was clean and very nice room. Ned comfortable Nice staff − The noise. They put me on the ground floor next to the elevator so I heard people coming and going all night and early morning. The room was also on street level so I heard people chatting, horns honking, a loud motorcycle (coming and going at all hours of the late night and morning). There is construction going on next door and they did not finish until 1:00 am. Needless to say, I got no sleep. Total disaster and all they offered was an apology.

It’s ok for a short stay + Location is great and calm, have a great soundproof system so you don’t really hear anything. − Check in and check out is unfair. Check in is at 15 and check out 11, and there are actual problems with cleanliness, I have a feeling that they just change beds and towels but don’t sweep and mop the floor because it was dirty.

Buona soluzione per girare la città + Ci hanno fatto l upgrade ad una junior suite. Posizione vicina a 2 fermate di 2 linee diverse della metro. Vicina al parco di Chapultepec. Comodità dei letti. Pulizia. Comoda la sala per rilassarsi. − La zona è tranquilla ma il rumore delle auto in strada si sente. La cucina ha giusto i piatti, stoviglie e posate per 2 persone ma volendo cucinare o farsi un insalata manca roba.

+ Seleccionamos este alojamiento principalmente por su ubicación y la verdad es que ha sido todo un acierto. Está muy bien ubicado, en una zona tranquila y agradable. El apartamento está muy bien equipado, especialmente la cocina, que tiene todo lo necesario. La cama es muy grande y cómoda, perfecta para descansar. Además, al estar en una planta baja teníamos un poco de preocupación por el ruido, pero la verdad es que no hemos escuchado prácticamente nada. En general, hemos quedado muy satisfechos con la estancia. Un alojamiento cómodo, tranquilo y muy recomendable.

Buen alojamiento + Ruido: Lo único malo es que las ventanas no aíslan el sonido de la calle. Si bien por la noche no hay mucho tráfico, si te suele molestar el ruido es un inconveniente. Ubicación: Si bien condesa es un barrio alejado del centro, es una zona muy segura y recomendable, especialmente si es tu primera vez. Igual que Roma Norte. CDMX es grande así que necesitarás igualmente transporte para moverte. Si te ubicas en el centro, hay más colapso de tráfico, especialmente por la tarde, más ruido y aglomeraciones. Personal: muy amable y atento. Limpieza: estaba todo muy limpio. − Ruido: Lo único malo es que las ventanas no aíslan el sonido de la calle. Si bien por la noche no hay mucho tráfico, si te suele molestar el ruido es un inconveniente. Universidad: a primera hora hay tráfico en la entrada a la universidad, por lo que hay más ruido y el Uber tarda en llegar. El resto del día y el fin de semana no hay tráfico y se está muy tranquilo.

Convenient, well-located, and well-equipped for 2 people + It’s located in a great area, very safe to walk around: lots of parks and trees, people walking their dogs and businesses all around, especially restaurants. It has all the necessary amenities for 2 people, a comfortable bed and a desk to work from, although the chair is not very comfortable so I moved to the sofa after a while. The internet cut off sometimes but nothing drastic, I had work meetings from here without an issue. The smart TV also includes several streaming services (HBO, Disney+, and Apple TV). The bathroom had 2 rolls of toilet paper, which is enough for a short stay, and a shower with hot water and good pressure. The kitchenette also worked without issues, being able to cook on the apartment was one of the main reasons we stayed there. − Sound insulation isn’t the best, you can often hear things from the neighboring apartments.
