Would stay here again + Lovely location, Friendly staff and a delicious breakfast. − Hot room and a few breakages. Could do with a little TLC.

Swan Inn - friendly staff and comfortable room + Lovely friendly staff, very helpful. Great indian cuisine. Comfortable rooms / beds with en-suite bathroom. − Car park spaces were limited abd tight but staff helped guide me in. Didnt like the steep slopes up and down to get to the inn via car. But did not stop us from enjoying our stay.

Great Location, great staff, possibly would stay for 1 or 2 nights but not recommend for any longer. + We got a parking space, the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was a large size and plenty of towels etc and the shower was hot and of a great pressure. A good stay for us as it was for just one night and the location was brilliant to walk through the park and onto the seafront plus on the high street so some small shops and pubs if we needed anything. Also liked the fact the rooms had a code lock rather than a key that could be lost - great idea. The staff were very friendly and couldn't help us enough so extremely happy with our stay. The breakfast we paid for on top and was good value and well cooked full english breakfast. − The mattress was not very comfortable, the bed was out of alignment where it was put together and the pillows were very cheap and flat. Also a menu at breakfast might have been good so if we just wanted cereal we could have had it rather than it j…

Good value for a quick overnight got a golf comp. Clean , simple , great restaurants on r. + Great location. Parking at back of hotel. Rooms clean . Good value for money . Kettle and tea coffee , water in room − Shower in twin room didn’t work and the sink drain in triple room was a bit blocked and smelly.

+ Convenient location especially for Le Shuttle. − Stairs and hallways dark and dingy. Jukebox in the bar could be heard in our room, very loud.

+ It had fully stocked amenities, the bed was super soft, the bathroom actually had a bath not just a shower. − My partner and I went to an event during the day and the way we had to enter through the back door luckily I had my partner with me as I am female.

+ Location was good. Short drive to beach. Close to a good choice of restaurants. − Wasn't able to eat at the hotel restaurant as they had no available bookings . No fridge in the room . Old sash windows rattle when wind blows.

Short break + The location was great in town close to everything staff were friendly an welcoming − The room was a good size however could do with a bit of paint curtains had stains on them pillows were very soft an dirty an found some sweets on the floor by bed obviously from previous people. Paid £12 per person for breakfast which was full English for 2 mornings however on second morning had no record of us having breakfast so we settled for coffee an toast

Well my husband isn’t going to let me book another hotel without him checking it out . + Not alot really . Bath and sink were clean but the decor was very poor . There was a cotton pad and a bit of paper left behind the door , cob webs on the window with a spider . − It was very basic. I know I only paid £90 but wow it was like an HMO

2 couples 1 room + Location was decent. Lovely little town to be honest. £110 for 4 people, you just can’t complain − The check in was a bit strange but not impossible and a very very nice host
