+ Vị trí − Phòng ghi ko rõ ràng là wc ko có trong phòng, nếu wc tập thể thì nên ghi rõ ràng. Tôi buộc phải đổi phòng có WC riêng giá cao, nhưng khi qua phòng khác thì phòng ko sạch sẽ , còn tóc, và chất bẩn trên dra giường, mặc dù đã đổi 3 phòng. Ăn sáng thì dở và lâu.

+ The staffs were nice. Beautiful scenery from the balcony with nature − Very limited options for foods and there were lots of cats. I have high fear for cats so i cant have my meals in peace. No toileteries in the bathroom and the toothbrush packet was already opened. I am not sure if the bed had bugs as mt whole body was very itchy.

+ I like the Tuyen Lam Lake − I don’t like the service. The Tuyên Lam lake view is so nice with tree and water and I do not understand why some steel pillars constructed among those natural view. It seems this property does not respect the environment. I never stay this hotel anymore.

不能再糟糕了 + 没有任何方面满意！ − 我去过几十个国家，通过BOOKING平台订房也有几十个酒店。这个酒店是我住过的最差的酒店！我们一行预定了15间房。按到店支付的房价订房后，酒店就要求我们提前支付50%的房款。在跟BOOKING交涉后，BOOKING回复邮件，不用理酒店的无理要求。可是我们8月31号到达酒店后，酒店以我们没有支付50%款项为由，拒绝提供我们预定的15间客房。经交涉只提供6间房，价格还高于我们预定房间的房价。时值晚上11点多钟，我们不得不接受该酒店的勒索，接受这6间房。同时又不得不在其他酒店临时找了9间高价客房。酒店同意提供后面3天的客房（我们一共预定4天），但是要按我们预定的两种不同房型价格高的支付房费。我们向酒店要住房发票，酒店先是要求另外支付税费，我给他们看了订单上含税费的内容后，酒店又提出离店是才能提供发票。离店时又以房间还没有检查不开发票。经过激烈交涉，酒店开了发票但又拒绝盖章。几经交涉，虽然最后盖了章，这家酒店对待客人的恶劣态度，让人真是无语！酒店的服务同样一团糟，我们15间房分散安排在5栋不同的别墅（其他别墅都是空的），其中9栋一天要挑几次电闸，酒店也不同意换房。酒店应该提供自助早餐，9月3日酒店以员工要国庆休息取消自助餐，只提供一份点餐。4号我们感觉点餐分量不够，要求增加一个鸡蛋，酒店居然拒绝！在我们强烈要求恢复自助早餐后酒店才同意增加一个鸡蛋。其实，酒店根本就不是什么员工需要休假，而是3号以后只有我们15间房有客人。我们体量了酒店的困难，酒店却得寸进尺。这样的酒店会坏了BOOKING的名声！我们强烈要求BOOKING就这家酒店的糟糕服务提供赔偿。
