+ Friendly staff. They took great care of us in every way. Thank you very much for making our holiday perfect and peaceful. I don’t know the names of the chef and the general manager, but they and their team really looked after us. This is one of the best places to enjoy a calm and relaxing holiday. wären sehr gerne 2 Nächte vorher wieder abgereist − - das Personal war sehr langsam, mussten jeden Morgen eine Stunde auf unser Frühstück warten, bestellter Cappuccino kam nach 20 Minuten - das Personal an der Rezeption hat sich um keine der Belange ernsthaft gekümmert - absolute Verarsche und Ausbeute der Hotelgäste durch das „Reise- und Taxiunternehmen“, beinahe mafiöse Machenschaften, dem Hotelmanager und dem Sicherheitspersonal ist es egal, wenn zwei junge Frauen abends alleine, statt mit gebuchten Taxi ins Hotel zurück kommen

I did enjoyed inthe pool + Location is good Very convenient. Not far from train station. Excess to public transport as well − I got the full board. But food wasn't worth for that money. Normally Sri Lankans food is good Not much options. same starters.

My 99% satisfied honeymoon stay! + Everything about the hotel. The staff were friendly. They took care of us exceptionally. The ocean view was awesome. Serenity at it's best! We highly recommend everyone to go specifically for a 3rd floor room as it gives a full 180 degree unobstructed view of the southern coastline and the sea. P.s- We came in to spend our honeymoon and we let them know ahead about that and they took care of that by sending in a complimentary choc'lit cake! How thoughtful was that?! Thanks The Habitat, yall were awesome! − There's only one negative for me to say as my stay was exceptionally good. The negative is the portion size of the food ordered through the room service. While it was great tasting and came with a nice presentation, the portion was barely enough for a single person. Большой номер, и мой коврик для йоги идеально подошел к интерьеру😁. Все необходимое есть:чайник, чай, кружки, холодильник, полный комплект полотенец. Вид из номера на 3м этаже просто офигенный. Ресторан в отеле за неделю не надоел. Готовят вкусно, хотя меню не сильно разнообразное. Бассейн 25м,можно нормально поплавать. Аншлага в отеле в мои даты не было, наслаждалась обилием лежаков и одиночеством в бассейне. Персонал очень френдли и отзывается на все пожелания прям сразу. Я и сейчас еще здесь, по причине отмены рейса сделала новую бронь, да не за етила разницы в категориях номеров. Забронировала оказалось "релакс рум", а была в "премиум" Пришлось переехатьв соседний номер, из 306 в 305 за стенкой. Разница между ними в том, что в 306 ванна, в 305 душ. this is my second time here its value for money and i will be back + the rooms are large and comfortable − the bath tub , no shower option , getting in and out of the bath as you get older is a bit tricky

− I had a very disappointing stay here and would not recommend this hotel. Unfortunately, I accidentally left my silver chain and necklace on the bedside table when I checked out. As soon as I realized, I contacted the hotel, but the staff was completely unhelpful and dismissive. Despite knowing exactly where I left them, the items were never "found," and the management showed zero urgency in assisting me. To make matters worse, the hygiene standards are appalling. I actually found a worm in my food during one of my meals. Between the lack of integrity regarding lost property and the unsanitary dining conditions, this was a terrible experience. Save your money and stay somewhere that values its guests and basic cleanliness.

+ We had an absolutely amazing honeymoon stay at Habitat Kosgoda. From the moment we arrived, the entire team made us feel welcomed and valued. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and the perfect destination for a relaxing getaway. Our room was comfortable and well maintained, and we were pleasantly surprised to find it beautifully decorated for our honeymoon. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more special and memorable. The dinner was absolutely delicious, and we thoroughly enjoyed the food and the wonderful atmosphere throughout our stay. + Beautiful hotel, but unfortunately, the service and staff attitude we experienced were nowhere near five-star. Very disappointing. − One of the worst hotel staff experiences we have ever had. Habitat Kosgoda by Asia Leisure may be a beautiful five-star property, but the attitude and professionalism of some of the staff are far from five-star. We arrived with a group of 25 Italian guests, and unfortunately, the way the ground staff treated us was extremely disappointing. They did not even know how to communicate properly and respectfully with the guide and company representative. We made the payment immediately after check-in, but even by the following morning, we had still not received the paid invoice. When we went to ask for it, the staff member was mumbling and complaining instead of simply assisting us professionally. Because of these unnecessary delays, our guests also had to wait for quite some time even after checking out. What is even more disappointing is the lack of commun…
