Decent choice in center + Room and bathroom were very nice with comfortable bed and very quiet. Location is great in the old town. Staff was very nice and helpful. − Breakfast was subpar for this price range, little selection and no variety.

+ room was lovely, location perfect, lobby smelled great − wish there had been ham with the breakfast, coffee machine should be available all day at no cost. massive appeal, minimal costs. I was surprised there was no ice machine available and had to rely on the one water dispenser in the lounge.

Great location, but the poor service and uncomfortable experience made my stay very disappointing. + Location: Excellent location, close to Old Quebec and major attractions. Room: Unfortunately, I did not receive the upstairs room I had requested. At check-in, I was also asked to wait in the lobby because my room was supposedly still being cleaned, but I could see the room and no cleaning was taking place. After waiting for a long time, the check-in service was disappointing, as the receptionist served another guest who arrived after me while I was already waiting. The room itself was too small, had an unpleasant smell, and I found hair from previous guests on the bed. − The receptionist repeatedly ignored me while I was waiting in line and served another guest who arrived after me. I felt unfairly treated and, unfortunately, it left me feeling uncomfortable and concerned that I may have been treated differently because of my background.
