We lived our stay and I can definitely recommend it. + Very nice hotel. I like the style and vibe of the hotel. Nice and helpful staff. It is only a 10 min walk to the center of Isla Holbox. A few minutes to the beach. Just perfect! − The hotel is nice to dip on but it was not the best option when you want a chill afternoon at the pool. There are no loungers. But they keep the pool very clean!

Nice villa in stunning location but furnishings & equipment lacking. + Daily cleaning, perfect location, nice pool, friendly staff, air con − Really basic kitchen with not enough cooking ware or crockery to really make a meal. Not even a pot to boil water for a coffee. Furniture was really worn out/on its last legs. We booked a 2 bed apartment for 4 people. It had 2 extra beds in the living area that we didn’t need, sofas to sit on would have been much nicer.

Un séjour vraiment fantastique ! + Le personnel très aidant et sympathique. Notre chambre était spacieuse et la cuisine très pratique pour cuisiner. La plage était très proche à pied. La piscine, très propre, nous a bien rafraichie, moi et mes enfants avons adorés! Les hamacs sur le roof top sont géniaux et superbe vue! Nous avons aimé la tranquillité et la sécurité. − À notre arrivé les draps étaient moisis et la poignée de porte était brisée, ne barrait plus. Le personnel a vite tout réglé. La cuisine manquait un peu d'équipements. J'aurais aimé un micro-onde, un grille pain, un blender et une machine à café. Les matelas de nos lits étaient très dures. Nous avons eu un cafard dans notre salle de bain...

+ L'emplacement et le personnel très disponible et souriant. La chambre est très propre et suffisante pour deux adultes et deux adolescents. Hamac sur le toit vraiment sympa. Hôtel très proche de la plage et des commerces − Le manque de vaisselle et surtout pas de cafetière ni de bouilloire, dommage sachant qu'il y a un coin cuisine

Perfect but chairs need to be more comfortable. + Beautiful hotel in great location Great breakfast Pancake service at night on way back after evening out. Very clean and nice and cool in the rooms. − The seats were quite uncomfortable, chair covers needed. We sat a lot around great seating areas to read because they do not have sunbeds at the beach, which is the only negative thing about this great hotel.

+ La habitación era muy amplia y el personal fue muy amable y atento durante toda la estancia. Destacaría especialmente las creps, ¡para mí las mejores de Holbox! Una lástima que solo estén disponibles por la noche. La limpieza fue excelente: cada día limpiaban la habitación y cambiaban las toallas cuando era necesario. Además, está muy bien que permitan entrar con comida y bebida de fuera, y hay un supermercado cerca. − El wifi no funcionaba demasiado bien. También estaría bien que el horario de la piscina fuera un poco más amplio y se pudiera utilizar hasta más tarde, como ocurre en otros hoteles de los alrededores. Como mejora, también estaría genial contar con una pequeña barra o servicio de bebidas para poder tomar una cerveza, un refresco, etc., aunque el hecho de que permitan traer bebidas de fuera lo compensa bastante.

La struttura si trova a pochi minuti dal mare ed una decina di minuti dal centro. Coerente con le foto di Booking, stanz + La strutta seppur un po’ datata, si presenta bene e coerente con le foto. Podría volver. + Tiene una muy buena ubicación, ya que hay varios club de playa cerca, la atención del personal es muy buena, siempre dispuestos a ayudarte. − Me hubiera gustado que estuviera más limpio en general, pero nada que te impida disfrutar del lugar.

Tolle Preis-Leistung, praktische Lage, tolles Personal. + Die Zimmer sind sehr großräumig, das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Es gibt sogar eine Hängematte in dem Zimmer. Und der schönste Strand ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Traumhaft. − Leider war das Internet nicht stark genug, für Homeoffice Work nicht geeignet. Man sollte damit rechnen, dass die Palmen vor dem Fenster nicht so viel Licht reinlassen, wie es auf den Fotos scheint.
