+ El hotel es hermoso, el personal muy amable y fue una experiencia muy disfrutable. Considero que el restaurante es bastante caro para lo que es, pero igual hay lugares cerca para comer muy accesibles. Eso sí, los espacios verdes son majestuososo.

+ Todo el personal súper amable. − El desayuno muy bien solo que el sábado, a la hora del desayuno, había una clase junto al restaurante donde una persona con MICRÓFONO dio la clase lo cual resulta sumamente molesto. Después remataron con MÚSICA a un volumen bastante alto además del micrófono. Era com estar afuera de una farmacia del Doctor Simi. Me parece terrible, molesto y como si estuviéramos en una alberca en Spring Break con aquaeróbics. Terrrible e innecesario.

+ La habitación excelente, el personal muy atento desayuno y toda la comida muy buena el 1 día , el 2 día, se ve cambiaron de cocinero y tuvimos quejas,la alberca se supone es climatizada entonces como era lunes pues no prendieron la caldera hasta que se nos ocurrió reclamar, entiendo si no hay huéspedes lo hagan pero estábamos nosotros, y que nos dejen sin cena ni nadie en el rest que cocine pues deberían de advertir, fuera de esos detalles todo muy bien!

7:00 AM están podando y haciendo ruido − A las 7:00 AM están podando el pasto. No respetan el sueño ni el que uno va a descansar al hotel. Esto no fue un día, fue viernes, sábado y domingo.

+ The grounds with the park and the pool are amazing. The room was very comfortable and with a modern design. The breakfast was also amazing. − The noise insulation of the room was not great as we could hear very loudly the showers of other rooms. Considering the general quiet of the hotel this was a let down. The restaurant and bar closed quite early. Seen the price we expected a bit more from the facilities of the hotel.

This hotel is overpriced for what is available on the property. The service of the staff is acceprional. Samir is an exc + The property was beautiful − The resteraunt and bar is closed at 10:00PM on the weekend. I feel that this unnaceptable for this price point. There is no room service after 10:00 PM. The resteraunt has a limited food menus. The pool is beautiful but it’s cold so you can’t use it until mid day if you’re lucky and the weather is hot.
