Perfect location + Lovely break away , tasty continental breakfast

Disappointing + Nobody around when we arrived to check in. Room very small with a view onto an unattractive courtyard/adjacent building. Almost every floorboard squeaked when you walked on it and there was quite a lot of noise from the room above, not because the people were noisy; just the noise of people moving around and the floor squeaking, the sound of doors opening and closing etc. Beds not particularly comfortable. Shower room had fixtures falling off wall. Floor of shower/wet room area was a laminate not suited for the purpose; it felt spongy as if whatever was underneath had rotted due to water leaking through. Superficially, the decor throughout was attractive, fresh and modern. Overall, our stay was disappointing. It could be a lot better if proper attention was given to some aspects.

+ The property had stunning views. Outside area was good. Staff were helpful, friendly and accommodating . Breakfast was good bad continental option. Issue with bathroom facilities, though resolved promptly moving to new room.

Wonderful stay in wonderful accomodation provided + The room had a lovely view over the marina and was well looked after. The continental breakfast was well stocked and the stay at our accomodation was really relaxing made even easier by the owners who looked after us who were very friendly snd welcoming. If you're disabled also this hotel is greatceith a lift to all floors enabling wheelchair access Only problem is no diabled ramp but rails attached to help access.

+ We did not stay because the lift was out of order and I’m unable to climb up to 4flights of stairs. We waited 3hours for an engineer to arrive At 6pm we decided to go home assured we would be refunded. We are waiting for a refund.

Solo stay + Both Stephen’s dad & lad always look after every detail and always make you feel welcome. The hotel is perfectly situated and the sea view room that was upgraded to is fabulous. This was my second stay and highly recommend it.
