Excellent and would stay again. + Great location. Friendly staff and helpful. Lovely and clean everywhere. Perfect being able to book a session at the pool so not overcrowded. Bar staff friendly. − Lacked any atmosphere in restaurant. A bit chaotic at breakfast.

Comfy and fair stay however quite dated rooms. + Helpful staff, spa facilities and breakfast were good. Bed was very comfy. Netflix on TV was a benefit. − Asha was very helpful booking us in, however there was a male older member of staff that was arguing with other members of staff which we thought came across quite hostile and unprofessional. I did think the room was quite overpriced for how dated the building was, perhaps priced due to it being the weekend of Reading Festival.
