+ 已經很有年代感的飯店，房間空間還算大，景觀非常好，窗戶外就是洞爺湖與羊蹄山，但是榻榻米感覺不是很乾淨；溫泉池沒有想像中大和壯觀，但也算不錯了，能好好享受放鬆。

Worst hotel I've been to in Japan + Forget any of the typical Japanese hospitality of having everything clean and incredible attention to detail. This is absolutely the worst hotel I've ever been in during my trips to Japan. The hotel is an extremely old building that hasn't seen proper maintenance and cleaning, everything is worn down and nothing is kept clean. We stayed at one of the larger rooms which fits up to 6 futons and it has been anything but pleasant. None of us have been able to sleep and this stay felt like a complete waste of money. Listing just some of the things wrong with this place: 1. Lots of uncleaned dirt and grime everywhere, check attach photos. The biggest ones were that there was literal MOLD on the ceilings from what seems to be water leakage and they DID NOT CARE to clean that. So that tells you how much they do not care about anything. Which can be seen from the disgusting mold and dirt even on the sink in the bathroom (which was also cracked). 2. A lo…

+ お風呂は狭し、食事も微妙、外国人客が多いのに使えるエレベーターは2台のみ。 登別の旅館はチェックイン時間の30前に到着してもすぐ入れたが、ここは3pmになるまで、フロント前で待機。 スタッフが声を掛けると言われ、 待っていても誰も来ないから、再度並んで鍵を受け取るシステム。 客室の畳は凹みが多すぎる。 もう二度と利用しません。

+ Traditional and slightly dated onsen resort. The onsen was alright but need to take note to bring the towels down as they dont provide it below. However, the staff was all very helpful, the nightly firework shows are also viewable from our room which was a bonus & the morning view of the mountain at 4/5am WAS SOOOO GORGEOUS IT FELT MAGICAL! The morning breakfast was also good but not amazing! Overall will still stay here for the experience and the beautiful view! If you are looking for more modern amenities then look elsewhere~

+ The tatami has some stain on it. Luckily the bedsheets is clean. We didnt know that they will come n setup the tatami for us so we did it on our own without any knowledge. When we back from dinner, someone came over. He was standing outside n see that we already did it, he just said ok and wanna walk away. We asked him to check he just simply walk in and dont even bother to check thru and said it was correct. Till we went to the next hotel with tatami setup, then we know we did it wrong way for the blanket. Very unprofessional

+ 何よりスタッフの皆さんが優秀です。いろんなお声がけをしてくださいました。外国からの方も多かったですが、みなさん親切で真摯で毎日お会いするのが嬉しかったです。 汚部屋派昔の温泉旅館という感じです。窓が大きく洞爺湖がよく見えました。ベッドにはフラットシーツがあり、個人的にはたいへん心地よかったです。コンセントが少ないこと(ベッドサイドにはない)、ドライヤーがないことなど、が 古さを感じた点です。 大浴場はきれいで、露天風呂もいろいろ種類があり楽しめました。夏場は露天風呂からきれいに花火が見えます。欠点はドライヤーが少ないことです。 食事はバイキングですが、豪華さはありません。

+ 室内、館内は綺麗に清掃されていましたが部屋のトイレに汚れが付いていて そこが残念でした… ただ、見晴らしもお湯も良く、食事は美味しく頂けました。
