+ Emplacement stratégique pour se déplacer un peu partout. Bonne insonorisation de l'appartement. − Fournitures insuffisantes : Le papier toilette et les sacs poubelle fournis étaient insuffisants pour un séjour d'une semaine pour une famille de cinq personnes, ce qui nous a obligés à acheter les nôtres. De plus, le gel douche n'a pas été réapprovisionné lors de l'apport de serviettes propres, et nous en sommes venus à manquer. Piqûres d'insectes : J'ai souffert de réactions allergiques cutanées sévères, notamment des cloques et des boutons, causées par des piqûres d'insectes subies dans l'appartement. Problèmes d'entretien : Le tuyau de la douche fuiyait. Plus grave encore, la chasse d'eau des toilettes a cessé de fonctionner dimanche soir. Lorsque mon mari l'a signalé à la réception, on lui a dit de contacter directement Finestay. Changement de serviettes trop rare : Obtenir un changement de serviettes seulement le samedi après être arrivés le lundi est inacceptable, en partic…

Gentilezza e prontezza di comunicazione con gli host. − Unico bagno funzionante ma maleodorante purtroppo forse a causa di una problematica idraulica. I materassi non propriamente comodi, specialmente il divano letto molto rumoroso.

Molt recomanable + L'apartament és molt ampli i disposa de tot el necessari per passar-hi una setmana. Cuina ben equipada amb els estris corresponents. El bany i l'habitació força grans. Tot i no haver-hi personal per fer el check-in i el check out, les instruccions van ser molt clares, i la comunicació per correu va ser molt fàcil durant l'estada. Sistema d'entrada i sortida dels apartaments molt segur. És un edifici amb tot d'apartaments de diferents agències.Hi ha recepcionistes de l'edifici però no dels apartaments. Està ubicat en un entorn molt ben comunicat per anar a qualsevol punt de Lisboa o els seus entorns: trens, tramvies, fèrries i busos tenen parada a uns 10 minuts caminant de l'apartament. Al seu voltant hi ha restaurants, forns supermercats i un mercat. I a la terrassa hi ha un bar- restaurant amb una vista increïble. Les fotografies donen crèdit del què és l'apartament. + Die Lage war sehr gut und alles sehr komfortabel. Das Apartment war sehr gut ausgestattet. − Abends etwas laut, ist aber der Lage geschuldet. Da das Bad keine externe Belüftung hatte, gab es Feuchtigkeitsspuren.

Wenn absulut keine Alternative giebt dann 2mal überlegen oder andere Datum auswählen und anderes Apartment buchen + Nur die Lage sonst nichts − Sehr hellhörig, Türen gehen nicht zu im Bad, was ein Drama war mit vier Personen nur ein Badezimmer. Service hat uns auch im stich gelassen. Wollten das Problem lösen haben aber nix gemacht mit der Tür.
