Nette und ruhige Unterkunft im PEC + Supernette Gastgeber, Zimmer in einem eigenen Nebengebäude, tolles Frühstück − Kleine Tiere im Zimmer, lässt sich aber bei der Lage und Holzfussböden kaum vermeiden

Special find in Prince Edward County + The place was beautiful, clean, very well situated and the breakfast was divine. The bed was very comfortable and the inn was welcoming. The owner was very welcoming as well, kind and absolutely hilarious. Staying there was a treat.

+ The room was great, very spacious and clean, the temperature good for sleeping. The bathroom and shower were clean and pleasant. The bed was amazing, not too soft. Also, the grounds and property were very pretty. − The bathroom was a little small without much counter space. Also, the humidity stayed in the bathroom.

+ The motel is well situated − I could definitively hear the noises from the restaurant next to us. And I could also hear other noises. It wasn’t clean as I would have expected. A simple example is the window sills that weren’t cleaned at all, there were even cobwebs on them.

Ludicrous and unprofessional + I had a disappointing experience during my stay and feel it’s important to share the details so future guests know what to expect. The location is quite remote, so be prepared to be far from nearby amenities. During our stay, the rooms did not have body wash, and the water jugs provided were empty. There was also no staff available to assist us at any time. As a result, I had to use hand soap to shower and drink the available well water, which smelled and had a gross oily texture, when I needed to take medication. What was most disappointing, however, was how the situation was handled. Staff only appeared as we were checking out. Although they were polite to my face and thanked me for my stay, I later learned that negative comments had been made about me to other guests and to the friend who booked our stay. I was described as being under the influence and as having been rude to staff, neither of which reflects my experience or how I conducted myself. …

Bel emplacement et personnel sympathique, mais chambres du rez-de-chaussée bruyantes + L’emplacement − Le personnel était sympathique et l’emplacement idéal. Notre seul vrai bémol était le bruit. Nous avions une chambre au rez-de-chaussée et entendions absolument tout ce qui se passait à l’étage : pas, meubles, chasse d’eau, voix, etc. Notre sommeil dépendait donc complètement du rythme des voisins du dessus — impossible de faire la grasse matinée s’ils se levaient tôt ! Si vous recherchez un séjour reposant et des nuits tranquilles, je recommande vraiment de choisir une chambre à l’étage.

Séjour agréable, nous n'hésitons pas à recommander cette auberge. + L'endroit est tranquille et bien aménagé. La décoration de l'auberge, qui est située dans une vieille maison, rend celle-ci accueillante et agréable. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour de cinq jours à cette auberge. − La chambre que nous occupions était grande, mais offrait peu de commodité pour ranger nos vêtements. Une petite table d'appoint y aurait également sa place.
