First rate accommodation + A modern clean bright wonderful riverside hotel (15 min walk from Dalyan center). Surrounded by many cafes, restaurants yet quiet in the evenings. Hotel owners and staff services are excellent. The terrace view of the King’s Tomb and the river over delicious and bountiful Turkish Breakfast is sublime.

+ Super welcoming. Comfortable and quiet, and only 5 - 10 mins away from the main square. The breakfast was superb (by the river). Thank you to the staff. We would definitely stay again!

+ Arp Dalyan has a dock on the river with a view to die for. As you eat your Turkish breakfast, you can gaze upon the rock tombs and see a flotilla of tour boats, cruising along the river towards the amazing turtle Beach. The tour boats can pick you up and drop you off right at the dock. The hotel is family owned and family run so you get great service.

+ Stayed at ARP, for the first time, only stayed one night, but it was amazing, perfect location, staff really friendly, breakfast really good. Would definitely stay again, for longer next time. Highly recommended, Thanks ARP.

+ Terrific property right on the river with incredible views of the tombs. Our room was clean and spacious with a lovely balcony. The Turkish breakfast was delightful overlooking the river and tombs. Walking distance to the shops, restaurants, and the row boat to the other side of the river and Kaunos. Highly recommend.

Sakin bir ortam, iyi hizmet + Otel çok sakin bir yerde, huzurunuz kaçmadan konaklayabiliyorsunuz. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve her konuda yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlar. Temizlik durumu iyiydi. Kahvaltı inanılmaz değil ama yeterli düzeyde. Ekstra ücret ile alınan yeme/içme hizmetinin fiyatları makul. Türk kahvesi 60tl, kokteyller 350tl. Havuz küçük, pek bir şey anlamazsınız, ancak serinlemelik atlanır. Üst kattaki odalardan birinde kaldım ve tavanlar çatı eğimliydi. Çok sorun olmadı ama boyu uzun, 1.90 üstü kişiler bu tipteki odalarda sorun yaşarlar. Odalar küçük, ferah değiller ama otelin konsepti bu şekilde zaten. Otelin konumu çok iyi, dalyanın canlı bölgesine 10dk yürüme mesafesinde. Otelin iskelesinden kaplumbağaları izleyip besleyebiliyorsunuz. Çalışanlar kibarlar. Günlük havlu değişimi, çöp alımı yapıyorlar. Otelin kendi otoparkı sadece 4 araçlık ama çevreye de park edilebildiği için otopark sorunu yok denilebilir. Giriş ve çıkışlarımızı hızlıcı yapabildik.

+ Perfect boutique hotel, with amazing staff. the localisation is amazing, no needs to pay for a boat tour. You’re at 20 min far away from turtle beach. You also have chance to see turtle in the morning! Thats a very nice localisation.

+ Arp Dalyan güzel tatlı bir tesisti. Çalışanlar çok güleryüzlüydü. Odalar temizdi. Temizlik en hassas noktaydı yorumları okuyarak gelmiştim zaten. Biz dört gece konakladık tatilimizin ortasında yan odamız doldu. Malesef ses yalıtımı yeterince iyi değil ama çok geç bir saatte eşyaları fütursuzca hareket ettirmeleri ve yüksek sesle konuşmaları tabiki insanlarımızın düşüncesizliğü. Malesef iki gece çok rahat uyuyamadım. Ses yalıtımı bir eksi olabilir belki. Kahvaltısı zenginleştirilebilir ve daha sıcak gelebilir börekler ekmekler vs. Manzara müthiş, her şeyden uzak bir tatil için kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Cuma geceleri canlı müzik var. Otelin girişinde küçük bir takı mağazası var kesinlikle çok güzeldi alışveriş yaptık. Dalyan çarşıya yürüyerek gidebilirsiniz. Gürültüden uzak ama yürüme mesafesinde oluşu artı puandı. Çok yakında yürüme mesafesinde migros bulunuyor. Havuzu küçük ilgilenenler için. Ben havuz sevmediğim için beni etkileyen bir durum değildi. Yine gider miyim? Evet giderim…
