+ Nice looking restaurant and bar, parking on site, beautiful little town with excellent shopping in clarks village − I just wouldn't eat at the restaurant, we ate there twice, evening meal and breakfast, both times it was just microwave meals, the omelettes could definitely be better

Really looked forward to staying here, had spent time in bar previously. Very disappointed with room, premier inn would + Convenient location for us. Parking good, − Bar area very nice. Room in need of update, broken curtains and net. Bathroom functional but not great. Room overall did not seem that clean. Hairdryer grim!

It was enjoyable mainly due to the friendliness of the staff and the very convenient location + The convenience of location. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. − Furnishings in restaurant were very tired and in need of a Facelift. We weren't told beforehand that the accommodation was in a separate building.

Comfortable and quiet good parking overall good + Staff were great especially the older lady who made our stay personal − It was bank holiday so should have been prepared No mixed grill on run out other options were ok No beer ( in a pub) on a bank holiday Staff were a bit young
