Amazing + Very cozy overall. The staff was welcoming, warm, smiling and generally very kind. They had upgraded our room. The bed was huge and very comfortable! The bathroom was spacious. Would recommend this hotel very much. Hope we'll able to book it again some time in the future. − Needed a few more USB-outlets.

Charming hotel with excellent staff, comfortable rooms, good accessibility and thoughtful attention + We were placed here at the 11th hour (quite literally at 11 pm) due to an issue with our original booking. I was extremely grateful to the staff for accommodating us and being so gracious about our late arrival. The hotel itself is lovely. The building has lots of character, and our room was comfortable and spacious, with excellent beds. I am a wheelchair user and, although I do not require a fully accessible room, I do need enough space to bring my chair into the room and manoeuvre independently. This was easily accommodated and the room worked well for my needs. The hotel has clearly been thoughtfully designed to support Orthodox Jewish guests, with kosher provisions and facilities that accommodate religious observance. It was mostly good. Having A/C was great in that heat. But my room was so tiny I couldn't even have friends over + The building has a nice atmosphere about it. It's 130 years old. The room was clean and the shower was pretty good. − The location was a big problem for me. I didn't realize it was so far from the tube, my preferred mode of travel. I ended up riding and waiting for the buses much too much. At least the bus stops are right there. But they're extremely unreliable timetable wise. Also, in some of the mornings, a door would slam shut again and again. I can't imagine what it could be, but I honestly don't understand hotels that don't invest in quiet closing mechanisms.

Here for a Wembley visit but didn’t want to stay near Wembley. Glad we looked further afield, will be back! + Brilliant modern interior, perfect for what we needed and very helpful staff! Would stay again.

Great find, good location, definetly recommend. + The room was a good size and spotlessly clean. Recently and tastefully refurbished. Very quiet, never heard voices or foot steps or noise of any kind. THe staff were incredible. Friendly and obliging. The common areas were lovely, and we good use of them sitting with friends in the courtyard and lobby lounge. Very nice to have cold drinks, tea coffee and biscuits available to us all day long at no extra charge. − Lighting in the bathroom could be better, especially when trying to put on makeup.
