Meilleur onsen qu'on a fait! + Nous avons fait plusieurs onsen... celui-ci était le meilleur! Vraiment incroyable, spécialement le soir. Et très bon repas aussi! Un des meilleurs de notre voyage au Japon. Les employés étaient très sympathiques, spécialement Abril! − Qu'il soit si loin de tout! L'accès est difficile, mais cela fait le charme du onsen aussi!

Einmaliges Erlebnis! + Bestes Hotel-Essen ever! Japanisches Frühstück ist viel besser als westliches Frühstück. Wanderungen auch für Ambitionierte Schöner gemischter Onzen vor Wasserfall. Es gibt aber auch separate Onzen für Frauen und Männer sowohl drinnen als auch draußen − Nur wenige Duschen im Onzen

+ Die Anlage ist wunderschön mitten in der Natur. Vor allem die Onsen im Außenbereich sind spektakulär. − Das Essen war generell sehr gut aber Personal und Küche sind Null flexibel. Wir haben am Abreisetag ein westliches Frühstück bekommen, obwohl wir japanisch bestellt haben und es war unmöglich auch nur irgendetwas zu ändern. Generell ist das Personal nicht gut mit der Situation umgegangen und hat genau am letzten Tag einen negativen Eindruck hinterlassen.

Ein Ort für eine besondere Auszeit + Der Aussenonsen ist unglaublich, das Essen ebenfalls. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Es gibt viele Aufenthaltsräume. − Es war ziemlich kühl und erst am zweiten Tag in den allgemeinen Räumen geheizt. Im Zimmer funktionierte die Heizung prima.
