− The house was dirty upon arrival and obvisouly had not been cleaned as there was dust and dirt around the house , after speaking to the customer service they told us someone would come and clean the house, however no one showed up. The house was freezing , the kettle was broken and nearly burned you, there was a smell from the fridge . We have stayed here in another house before and it was a great stay however this house was not up to standard especially for the price.

I won’t be booking this ever again − Bags of food rubbish outside the building Yard full of potholes Shower head falling down Sitting room stinks of smoke Back doors were unlocked Saddle boards in bedroom very sharp Hot heating was not instant and needed to be turned on in utility room No outdoor lights in courtyard En-suite toilet takes 15 minutes to refill cistern

disappointing + good space − the 2 bedroom house we extremely dirty, spiders webs and dead bugs throughout. The windows are wooden and are rotting, some even falling out. The house was very poorly equipped, not even a tray for the oven or a frying pan. The TV remotes didnt work. The toaster kept blowing the electric trip, and despite ringing and leaving multiple voicemails, no one responded.
