+ Vše bylo v pořádku, personál velmi ochotný a milý. Než jsme se nasnídali měli jsme každý den pokoj uklizený. Lokalita hotelu je perfektní, až na to šlapání kopce pro auto... :-( − Nemáme nic zásadního, hotel by možná snesl vyčištění koberců. Na snídani bychom uvítali čerstvé ovoce, alespoň banány... Co je nepříjemné u pokoje (302) je, že má okna na terasu kam chodí hosté kouřit a povídat si. Takže za prvé musíte mít zatažené žaluzie, za druhé často zavírat okna, jelikož Vám jde do pokoje kouř z cigaret a ráno a večer je Vám hlasité konverzování lidí vedle oken nepříjemné.

Relax + El desayuno era de buffet muy bueno, la cama era tan comoda que me hubiera quedado alli más dias. Y la zona de relax muy buena. En muy buena zona y nos atendieron muy bien. − No me gusto el tenerme que volver de allí, ya que estoy alojada en un alojamiento de Praga que comparandolo con este pues me hubiera quedado en el ambiente más días.

+ Hotel super! Świetna lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko :) ładne i czyste pokoje, do tego fajne Spa z którego można korzystać w cenie pokoju :) śniadanie bardzo smaczne i urozmaicone. Na pewno wrócę!

+ Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Schönes Frühstück, die Mädels vom Putzteam sind sehr akkurat und auch sonst würden Dinge geputzt die sonst eher selten gereinigt werden,( Salz Pfefferstreuer ) am Tisch nach jedem Gast. Hut ab rund um sehr schön. Leicht in die Jahre gekommen aber sehr gepflegt. Passt total ins Ambiente von Karlsbad. Super nah am Centrum. − Kein Fliegengitter am Fenster
