Sehr ruhige Wohnung in schöner Wohngegend mit Strassenbahnanbindung + Absolute Ruhe , hörte nur Vogelgezwitscher und um die Ecke fährt gleich die Straßenbahn ! − Hätte gerne eine Badezimmertüre und keinen Vorhang und ein Waschbecken in der Toilette.

Nice 2 bedroom appartment + Nice set up fully stocked appartment. Kitchen well set up. Bathroom nice and clean and big. Only fault was that the shower flooded the bathroom and then we found that the shower plug was cleared with hair and muck and had to give it a good clean. Which was gross. Other than that a really nice place to stay. Next to the tram stop − Takes about 40 min to get into the city

Spacious and charming apartment in a quiet area with a wonderful host and great local atmosphere. + Quiet area with a great atmosphere. The apartment was very spacious, very clean, and had high ceilings and a fully equipped kitchen. There was a lovely coffee and breakfast spot right in front of the property, plus a beautiful large park nearby. We were lucky with the weather during our stay and had a wonderful time — starting the mornings with breakfast in the garden under the sun, taking the bus to the city center during the day, and ending the evenings with dinner at a nearby Italian restaurant. The host was very helpful, gave us great local tips, and checked on us during the stay to make sure everything was perfect. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again. − You can add this as a balanced developmental area section in your review: The bed was big and the pillows were good, though the mattress and linens could be improved a bit. + Quartier calme ,paisible ,secure et chic ,,une belle boulangerie a 2 pas du logement,de beaux parcs , beaucoup de petits commerces de proximité à l' arrêt gersthof Propriétaire gentille et réactive qui a proposé de nous faire une machine ce qui nous a beaucoup aidé car nous étions en voyage 3 semaines Communication via le traducteur de booking Logement spacieux et bonne literie − Logement très excentré donc beaucoup de temps a passer dans les transports en commun Nous pensions avoir une terrasse donc grosse déception a l'arrivée :le logement attribué ne correspondait pas aux photos du départ au moment de la réservation sur le site ..c'est compliqué pour nous :nous avons reçu un descriptif juste avant de partir sans trop comprendre ...nous pensions vraiment avoir pris une option plus chère pour avoir un extérieur Pas d ascenseur c'est une précision utile pour les personnes âgées ou invalides

Wien ist absolut sehenswert! Wenn Booking noch die Fotos richtig zuordnet, dann passt es. + Die Tram 40 um die Ecke führt wunderbar zum Schottentor. Ruhige Lage, gepflegte Umgebung, hübsche Einrichtung. Die Wohnung liegt im zweiten Stock ohne Aufzug. − Booking schürt eine hohe Erwartungshaltung durch die nicht nach Wohnung getrennten Fotos. Man weiß nicht, welche Fotos die gemietete Wohnung darstellen. Sogar auf dem Bestätigungsausdruck wird ein falsches Foto gezeigt. So erklärte die Vermieterin.
