Ne vaut pas son prix − La personne à l'accueil ne fait aucun effort pour nous comprendre ou même communiquer, il passe sa journée sur Tiktok. Ne parle pas anglais, communication uniquement par Google Traduction. Nous avons demandé plusieurs fois un reçu pour la nuit mais impossible de l'obtenir, soit leur ordinateur ne marchait pas, soit ils ne comprenaient pas ce qu'on voulait. Le petit déjeuner commandé en supplément était immangeable, les pancakes avaient un goût acide et m'ont rendu malade. Il y avait une baignoire dans la chambre mais impossible de la remplir, il n'y avait plus d'eau chaude au bout de 5min (suffisant pour une douche). L'emplacement est assez excentré, il faut systématiquement un taxi pour aller en ville (~15min). Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel, son personnel n'est pas à la hauteur du prix.

Dormir en la selva en plena ciudad + Nos tocó el bungalow 10 que a pesar de que es el más lejos de todo (nos ofrecieron cambiar a uno más próximo), nos gustó mucho por cómo es. La decoración y la naturaleza que lo rodea es muy de cuento. La cama es muy cómoda. − No estaba limpio. Ni los techos del bungalow ni el suelo de la ducha. No incluye el desayuno a pesar de ser bastante caro. Está lejos del centro.

+ The actual bungalow was so peaceful. Just chilling and sleeping at the bungalow is the most relaxed I've been in 6 months of travelling. Absolutely beautiful. The women who runs the place is also very very helpful. It is a bit far out but you can get a grab into SaPA for like 80p GBP.

+ The bungalow was cozy and peaceful, surrounded by the sound of nature. My favorite moment was soaking in a hot bath while listening to the rain outside — pure relaxation. It’s one of those experiences that stays with you long after the trip ends.

Every morning we enjoyed freshly prepared food, with options such as sandwiches or eggs with sausage that were both delicious and satisfying. Our stay here was such a wonderful experience from beginning to end + This homestay gave us exactly the kind of experience we were hoping for in Vietnam. Everything was simple, peaceful, and filled with genuine hospitality. The hosts created such a warm environment that we quickly felt more like friends than guests. It was one of the highlights of our journey and definitely a place I would recommend without hesitation.

Great views await + One thing to keep in mind is that there are quite a few stairs leading to the property. If you have heavy suitcases, it might take a little extra effort. That said, the quiet surroundings and lovely scenery more than make up for it.

Honestly, one of the best stays in Sapa + The staff even helped carry my suitcase up to the room — such a thoughtful touch. My friend and I had an amazing time here, and next time, I’m definitely coming back with my boyfriend!😄

The owners are truly wonderful people + The hostess is incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely goes out of her way to make sure you have everything you need — almost one of a kind! The host doesn’t speak much English but is so warm and cheerful that communication was easy with a bit of Google Translate.

+ The room was so cozy and romantic — exactly what I’d hoped for! The bed was soft and comfy, the view was beautiful, and there was even an outdoor desk to enjoy the scenery. Water pressure was strong, everything was spotless, and the price was more than reasonable.
