Prima prijs voor prima accommodatie + Locatie zit midden in centrum op loopafstand van alles. Prima prijs voor prima accommodatie. Vriendelijke hulp van Bryan. − Kamers wel wat minder luxe dan op de foto’s lijkt. Matras op de grond. Geen ramen of buitenlucht te zien. Wifi deed het niet maar we kregen daarvoor wel een andere kamer dus wel erg vriendelijk geholpen.

Overall, our stay was defined by an incredible location and the genuinely warm, helpful hospitality! + The location was amazing, with a wonderful proximity to the lake and the vibrant old market full of great restaurants and coffee shops. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived. John the receptionist greeted us right at the door and helped with our luggage. He also gave us a helpful map and great advice on what to see and do during our stay. The manager, Mr. Bryan, was equally kind, friendly, and always made sure we felt at home. − N/A

+ Lo mejor del hotel el personal. Bryan fue el único durante todo el viaje con el que pudimos hablar en español y nos fue solucionado todo lo que le pedíamos tanto en nuestra estancia en Hanoi como en el resto de ciudades que íbamos visitando. Y siempre aconsejandonos con acierto.
