Value for money but not quite a true 5 Star - great views of Quy Nhon from the room + We were located on the 29th floor, the view was stunning. The size of the room was large, very comfortable, with a huge bath and shower. Mini fridge and tea and coffee provided. Nice little lounge and table making the room very comfortable. Could not get over the amazing view. Overall this room exceeded our expectations. * I would also like to add that the follow-up service from the staff and management at this hotel was excellent. On reading my review, the guest relations team reached out and apologised for our buffet experience. They have now refunded the cost for us. Excellent after sales service, thank you, and we have no hesitation recommending this hotel for your stay in Quy Nhon. − Restaurant - our experience was disappointing - we had the BBQ buffet special and were one of the first to arrive - but all the food was luke warm to cold - which is not good for seafood. We arrived early …

Séjour de détente + Nous avons appréciés l’accueil et la disponibilité du personnel, la restauration de qualité, la salle de sport, le spa, le petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix, choix des boissons. − Pas grandes choses…peut être le temps d’attente aux ascenseurs, mais c’est normal l’hôtel est très fréquenté. Juste un petit bémol pour le transfert vers Nha Trang avec l’entreprise Sơn Tùng, le chauffeur nous avait déposé à la mauvaise adresse, J’avais indiqué l’hôtel Boton Blue Hotel & Spa 06 phạm văn Đồng, il nous a déposé à 1 km en centre ville, on était obligé de prendre un Grab pour se rendre à la bonne adresse. Mais ce n’est pas la faute de l’hôtel bien entendu !

Không phải khách sạn 5 sao + Only location and coconut − 1. Đồ ăn quá chán, từ ăn sáng đến ăn buffet bbq hải sản tối đều chán như nhau, chất lượng đầu vào của thực phẩm rất kém. 2. Nhân viên sáng thì chưa đến 10h đã k lên thức ăn và thu dọn đồ, tối thì 8 rưỡi, ko thông báo cũng k hỏi khách một câu, mặc dù là thứ 7. 3. Khách sạn này ưu tiên khách đoàn còn coi thường khách lẻ, điển hình là sảnh có 4 cái thang máy thì họ khoá để ưu tiên cho khách đoàn check in ở tầng 2, k thông báo gì cũng k giải thích gì, mặc kệ mình cùng con nhỏ và bao nhiêu người khác đứng chờ ở tầng 1 hơn nửa tiếng k lên được phòng. Hơn 4 lần yêu cầu nhân viên đến xử lý thì hết người này đến người kia nhìn nhau như kiểu tôi k biết tìm ai để xử lý, k phải lỗi của tôi. Đòi gặp quản lý thì báo bận hiện tại rồi sẽ lên phòng nói chuyện, khi lên thì mang theo đĩa trái cây lên rồi làm đúng bài kiểu khách sạn sẽ tặng cái này cái nọ để khách quên cái giận hiện tại, rồi thang máy vẫn vậy thế mới buồn cười. 4. Fantastisch hotel met fantastisch uitzicht + De kamer was schoon, met een mooi interieur en mooi uitzicht over de zee. De kamer is ruim met elektrische gordijnen wat het wat luxer maakte. Oftewel echt aan een aanrader! − Zwembad was klein en binnen. Bij ons ging het restaurant qua personeel niet best, het waaide bij ons heel hard en moesten 2x zelf alles verplaatsen zonder hulp. Daarnaast sprak niet iedereen daar Engels. Het ene gerecht was al op en toen kwam het andere gerecht.

A perfect place to stay + Everything. The staff, the location, the facilities and the comfort of the beds. We were free charge ungraded and had the possibility for a late checkout as well. Very professional and kind service. I recommend! − Nothing

A really superb hotel with awesome staff and ocean views. + The location, across from the beach, was awesome. The facilities, pool, gym and spa were excellent. You are even given a Complimentary massage at their beautiful Spa. The breakfast was superb, even fresh coconuts with a straw. So much variety and plentiful amounts of high quality food. Even an automatic espresso coffee machine! But, apart from all of that, the staff were superb. Smiling, friendly and helpful beyond expectations. One of the young supervisors, even came to my room to help me move luggage out of my room. Mr Dat, and all the staff, went out of their way to be helpful. I can’t thank ALL of them enough. 🙏 − On the Sunday night I arrived, there was an extremely loud Team Building event on the beach. Nothing to do with the hotel, and definitely not the fault of the hotel, but even on the 37th floor it was loud. Not a good start but the staff were all very apologetic and kind

Un hôtel tout simplement fabuleux ! + Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux. Nous avons eu la chance de bénéficier d’une très belle chambre, parfaitement conforme à la description, avec une superbe vue et tous les équipements que l’on peut attendre d’un hôtel cinq étoiles. Nous avons également eu le plaisir de dîner sur place et avons été conquis par le buffet, véritablement grandiose, avec une grande variété de produits de qualité. Un vrai régal ! Un immense merci à l’ensemble du personnel pour son accueil, sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme. Tout était réuni pour passer un excellent séjour. Si nous revenons à Quy Nhon, nous choisirons sans hésiter cet hôtel à nouveau. Nous le recommandons vivement ! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ − Rien
