2 night stay, Family of 4. + The Good: The location is excellent—just a 2-minute walk to the beach and a 1-minute walk to the Sun World Sunset Town free shuttle drop off/pick up point. The rooms are generously sized with all the facilities you need. The local marts nearby are very affordable for drinks and snacks. I’d also recommend the street food vendors outside the marts over the local restaurants; the food tasted better and far more reasonably priced in my opinion (food was cheaper than other areas we visited in Vietnam) . − The Bad: Breakfast was fairly average and basic compared to other hotels we visited in Vietnam. Only coffee option is Vietnam Coffee (already sweetened). Families with younger kids might struggle as there were no cereal options or many kid-friendly items. The Dealbreaker (Reason for low rating): We had no hot water for our entire two-night stay, and the cold water pressure was very poor. This seems to be a known, recurring issue that the staff were aware …

Très bon rapport qualité-prix + Très bon emplacement, à 200m de la plage Khem, très bon restaurant dans l'hôtel. A côté de bus gratuit pour aller à Hòn Thơm et télécabine. Plein de boutique et restaurant à côté. − Les portes ne sont pas bien insonorisé, on entend tout ce qu'il passe dans le couloir.
