Mitigé + Le personnel était adorable 🥰 La vue de notre chambre était magnifique sur les rizières − Les lits un peu durs, la salle de bain était vieillissante et la chambre était très humide même nos serviettes ne séchaient pas Le petit déjeuner était sommaire et à partir de 8h30 l’approvisionnement était light. Il n’y avait que des œufs au plat gras et froids.

Great location, super friendly staff. + Great hotel, huge rooms, good breakfast and super friendly reception staff. Staff makes all the difference and both the night staff and day staff at the reception were always smiling and helpful with any queries we had.

A Gem in Sapa. Will treat you like family. + Hands down the best place we stayed in a while. The staff goes above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Alex at the front desk is a gem who didn't say no to anything we asked. The breakfast is of such great value. So much on offer and delicious. A choice for everyone. The view is perfect from the room and pool. We met the owner as well who has a genuine smile. We felt that the owner is trying his best to make the hotel the best in the area. Rooms are spacious and clean. They offer daily room service and fresh towels. I don't know what more they can offer guests. − The location is a bit far away from the center. Which is not a deal breaker. Actually it will take you away from the city center chaos after a day of action. A 200K Grab will take you there.

+ La struttura non rispecchia esattamente le foto, ma è bella ugualmente, la vista sulle montagne è spettacolare e la piscina che da su queste pure, non è grandissimo ma per rilassarsi è perfetta. Il ragazzo alla reception è super gentile e disponibile sempre pronto a dare consigli e c'è la possibilità di organizzare trekking con un a guida locale. La struttura comunque era pulita. − Il cambio da euro a VND è un tantino sconveniente rispetto ad altri. Non c'era un balconcino e la stanza era un po' piccolina
